The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Desert Ridge

I recently went to have a birthday dinner at The Keg & everything about my night was great! The food, service & ambience was wonderful!

In today's economy choosing where to eat has become a difficult choice as our opportunities are more scarce. We have made it a habit to choose to always celebrate our birthday at the Keg. Not only has the service typically been beyond stellar but the food never misses. This may be our last time celebrating as the server made it abundantly clear how annoyed he was with us using our birthday coupon. We always tip on what the full amount would have been as I have worked in the industry for more than a decade and respect servers. His behavior towards us has made us reconsider if we need to choose a new restaurant for all future celebrations.

Our dinner was amazing and our server was outstanding ! Alway a family favorite !!! Can't wait until next time we go !!

First Time at the Keg + Steakhouse and it was absolutely phenomenal! Our waitress Brooke was Superior ! Couldn't have asked for a Better one . Food was Top Tier . It was an absolute amazing first experience.

The food and service were both outstanding. Our waiter, Jake, was fantastic! Attentive, friendly and even provided a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. The only drawback was the noise level... not the fault of the restaurant but we had 4 very loud ladies seated next to our booth. Made it difficult to have a conversation over their constant outbursts. Other than that, high marks for this restaurant.

We Love The Keg! Our waitress did an excellent job, we order the Easter prime rib ...delicious! We have been to The Keg many times and has never failed us !

Wonderful food. My husband is on a special diet and I loved that our server was sweet and helpful. Great experience!

Servers were nice and gave me a birthday card, however for spending $200 here the food was absolute trash !!! The steak was so hard I couldn't chew it... the mashed potatoes were so dry I tried to add butter to it and it still didn't help. The lobster lacked flavor and was in my opinion overcooked so it became rubbery. Definitely will not be coming here next time I'm in town

I can't say enough about the absolutely incredible meal!!! Everything was cooked to perfection!

Honestly thought it would be better. Madd reservations and at least 2 or 3 people that came in after us were seated first even though we had the same time reservations. The food was ok at best nothing great. Made our stomach hurt after dinner, also if you look closer the restaurant is kinda dirty. The one good thing was our server was good won’t complain there.

Edited- lowered to a 2 star the food here wasn’t good and made us sick.

Was told that they don't do to go food on the weekends, but I can come in and order to go food at their bar and then wait 30 plus minutes for the food. This is a great example of people putting corporate policies ahead of guests and their needs. I spoke with the manager Brian and he assured me when I asked if there was anything he could do to help me that he could not. Super overall disappointed with this experience and it's a great way to lose out on business. Wish Brian would have been able to help me.

John was our server, he was amazingly on top of everything. Food was awesome had the blue cheese filet with twice baked potatoes and asparagus. Only thing to that I will suggest get new chairs they were very uncomfortable. sitting there for a couple of hours hurt my back

Been to both Denver and Phoenix locations. It's always a treat to come to The Keg!

Great food all the way around. Initially the waiter seemed unpleasant and certainly put us off some. Became better during entire dinner.
