This restaurant truly lives up to the I love it here slogan from the perfectly seasoned fries to there spectacular melt burgers. The employees delivered a professional and welcoming atmosphere and answered all my questions perfectly. I would rate my overall experience a 10 and will be coming back in the future if you're thinking about trying the melt I would definitely recommend.

I've enjoyed food at The Melt all around California, so when my girlfriend and I saw it in the mall we decided to give it a try in AZ. We ordered the BBQ bacon melt burger, a patty melt, an order of sweet potato fries and two drinks. Everything came out quickly and the service was great as well. A simple quick lunch and a nice spot to take a break.

Not impressed. I’ve ordered from here before using uber eats and the food was good. However, this time around I ordered at the counter. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. The big sign claims they want this to be the best experience. This statement and my experience were deeply separated. First, tables were dirty and zero sense of urgency to clean them. Second, unamused, lack of energy is how I would describe the assistant taking food orders at the counter. I paid $40+ for a single burger, a Mac, and two half size salads. Only to find out the fries might as well have been tossed into the bag and the salad dressing was non existent. So I made a trip to Safeway to buy dressing. Then I find the croutons for the salad is chopped grilled cheese (how cute, right?) except it’s your older sisters middle school version of grilled cheese sandwich, very stale and lacking taste.

It could've been much better. All they needed to do was let the customer know the order is ready. It may be a surprise/shock to find out that the order is just sitting there for minutes.

We rented an AirBNB in the area and wanted to get some good food and this popped up. We walked in and everything is very clean, they didn’t appear upset at seeing our massive crew coming in. They were very polite and patient and explained the menu when asked about items. I have to say their Snickerdoodle shake was a religious experience, I would come back for that alone, but they also had amazing burgers (very fatty but in the best way possible), Mac n cheese (I got the chicken garlic bacon and it was so rich and flavorful, it comes with a pickle which gives a nice offset to the richness), and amazing chocolate chip cookies. My sister got the salad and she says it was amazing. No one had any complaints other than it being a little messy to eat, so make sure to grab lots of napkins. They’re opening more locations so I’m keeping an eye for one closer to the east valley area. Vicente came over to ask us how we were doing and to see how we felt and chat with us a bit. Very friendly and amazing service, will be looking for any excuse to come back.
Updated: I went back just for the snickerdoodle shake and ended up trying their bacon ranch cheddar fries and they were delicious. When I walked in after ordering I could see my fries and shakes being made fresh. Best after swim snack ever!

Foods good if they’re in a hurry and you need to eat and be gone within 30 minutes I would recommend but if you have time to have a nice meal and you’re not in a hurry, this place is good.

Incredibly delicious and flavorful. Staff is super sweet and kind. They even hand out cookie samples. Way better than the other businesses that they share with.

The burger melt was great. Delicious. The salad was warm and wilty. The seating was uncomfortable. It was very loud inside. The bathrooms were very clean. No parking anywhere close. ,,$22 for a salad, single burger , small drink.
Excellent food! Great menu! The dining area is WAY too noisy. I walked out with a headache. We will be back, but to go or to sit outside. P.S. we split fries. They were delicious!
