Anniversary dinner and they made it special. Server was gracious and very knowledgeable. To experience the whole event it took close to three hours but it really didn't feel like it was long. Good amount of quality food so come hungry even though it isn't intended to be a bulk up type of place. They just do a good job overall and are very personable throughout.

My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary. The food was amazing! We usually have amazing service but today we were extremely disappointed in the service we had. Going to a restaurant that is expensive you expect to have excellent service and we didn't get that. We drove about an hour and a half to get there. And we left disappointed from my absolute favorite restaurant.

This was our first visit to The Melting Pot. We wanted to try places during Arizona Restaurant Week. Since we had not been before, it seemed rather complicated with all the courses and options. Our server, Don was so great. He explained everything, step by step. He gave options, listened to us and made recommendations. It was a calm, relaxing dinner and we were able to spend a lot of time talking and enjoying ourselves.

I did not have the best experience, staff seemed bothered we asked about restaurant week, rarely saw our sever, wasn't asked about other drinks after our first round of cocktails, the food was okay. Big bummer

We love celebrating birthdays at The Melting Pot! Even though we didn’t have a reservation, the manager was so kind and quickly set us up with a table. We were lucky enough to have Darrion as our server, and he was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had anywhere! He was kind, charismatic, funny, and truly gave us VIP treatment. The food at The Melting Pot is always amazing, but Darrion’s care and presence made our evening absolutely outstanding.

The whole experience was GREAT! I needed to modify my reservation and the manger accommodated us with no problem and when we arrived he took us right back. Our server Derrion was “Incredible” so thoughtful and attentive he knows what he is doing and does a great job doing it. Our food was awesome per usual but our service is what made it “Top Notch” Thank you to the whole Melting Pot Team we will be back happily ❤️🙏🏽❤️

I went to The Melting Pot for a date night with my wife and had such a great experience. The whole concept is unique — they bring out different types of meats and you get to boil them right at your table. It’s fun, interactive, and honestly keeps you engaged the whole time.
Our server, Alexandria, made the night even better. She’s a true people person — super friendly, easy to talk to, and knows how to keep the conversation going while you’re waiting on the next round of food. That kind of service makes a huge difference.
The vibe was perfect for a date night — music at the right level, no loud distractions, so you can actually talk and enjoy each other’s company. Prices were more than fair for what you get, especially since it’s endless portions. Definitely worth it.
I didn’t take the best pictures (too excited to eat, honestly!), but trust me — the food is better than the photos. I’ll be back for sure.
