I am so sad that I’ll likely never visit another location again after the way I was treated. My husband and I came in and were told a table was being cleaned for us. We waited a solid 10 to 14 minutes when another couple walked in and got sat immediately. Mistakes happen. Had the hostess returned and apologized, I would’ve been annoyed but that would’ve been forgivable. Her walking back without a care in the world, let me know my money and business is not wanted there.

Just being at the spaghetti factory makes me smile. As I walk up to it and walk inside, floods of happy nostalgic memories come rushing in. It’s a happy place for me. I love the atmosphere. I love that it’s family friendly or for a romantic date or for a large group. The food is delicious and I always leave happy. One of my favorite restaurants.
