The Old Spaghetti Factory

we loved Olive Garden better but the ice cream and the minestrone soup is really good at the old spaghetti factory ; the thing we loved most is the ambience in Phoenix ...it is a beautiful setting !

Natan was an excellent server. Does not forget anything and was pleasant and efficient. Food was great as usual. This restaurant is very consistent with the quality of food. I've been coming here since 1970 and food is just as good now as it was then.

We haven't been to a old spaghetti factory in probably 40+ years since we lived in St. Louis. I was so excited to go. Love all the decor. My husband noticed how spacious the seating was and not one table on top of another. Liam, our server was super very nice young man. My dish the lobster and crab ravioli was superb. I love the sauce. My husband was crazy about the garlic cheese bread. It was very enjoyable. The hostesses at the front desk could be just a little friendlier and more sociable with the patrons rather than just each others. 

We sat at a wonderful table, away from noise and we waited and waited, 25 minutes later a waitress shows up. She takes our order and proceeds to bring out half of the drinks and half of the soup/salads, no bread. 10 minutes later, the rest of the drinks and soup/salads, bread comes. She checks back in 15 minutes later and we ask for refills on drinks and bread, that never comes, if fact we don't see her again for over an hour. 1 hour later entrees arrive, delivered by someone else. I immediately ask for the bill because our play starts in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later, I walk to the manager and ask him to close the check as we need to leave. He does so, we don't get the dessert which is built into the meal. The food was great, the table was perfect, the staff, well they don't give a (you know what) We won't be back.

First time I went it was amazing, last time was light on the sauce which messed up the ratio.

I'll go again but a bit hesitant after the second go around. Same dish.

Good food. Pleasant atmosphere. Service, while eventually attentive (busy) missed on some ordering specifics. Oh well. It was still delicious.

Very nice eclectic decor and interior design within a very cool old building. Staff very friendly. Our server (Fernando) was outstanding. Food was great and reasonably priced. Overall great experience.

Food was incredible. I was on the trolly the other night & was in bit of a rush but my server Alex made sure to accommodate our time with great service as well. Props to the young man he was very quick on his feet and very interactive with us.

The Old Spaghetti Factory has been a favorite for many years. Love the ambiance, decor, & of course the food. Anything with mizithra cheese is always a bonus. The bread is delicious. And getting Spumoni is the best way to end a meal. OSF is one of my favorite local spots!

The food was good. The service was not good. Our reservation was the beginning of a series of delays. Once I had enough I explained to the waitress that we had show tickets she sped things along and skipped the dessert that came with the dinner. Not a well run and worth repeating restaurant.

Wonderful service and great food.
Their entrees are about $22 and my wife and I share a meal, and it's plenty for us. It includes the main dish, minestrone soup or green salad and ice cream.
