I had the spaghetti with meat sauce, meatballs and sausage it came with soup or salad. I had salad and there was way too much dressing on top the noodles in the spaghetti were over cooked and the bread was really tough to cut. The service and the overall experience was totally awesome! The decor is cool and our service was great.

Went on Valentine’s Day. The entre was cold. The appetizer over cooked. Received a different icecream then requested. Atmosphere was nice.

I am a dasher and it was Valentine's Day:
I arrived jovially around 848 pm for an order expected to be ready at 851. I went straight to the Bar, knowing this is where delivery orders ought to request service. The bartender acknowledged my order and told me to have a seat at the benches, and the clients order would be right out. After 10 minutes pass, a customer vehemetly made a fuss- requesting a refund as he explained he'd been waiting a total of 20+ minutes for his order. He'd been convinced the food was probably cold. Little did I know, I'd be next. It turns out he was giving them the wrong name of the online order but still declined service and simply wanted a refund. The Senior worker assisted him directly and complied. At this time , I walked back to the Bar to inquire for an update about my clients order and was told 'when I go to the back , Ill ask'. Sadly, my patience was abused. I was not updated, nor did I see this worker (at the barstop) again. He was cordial, but simply forgot about me. I get it, its busy- on Valentines Day. As I wait, 10 more minutes pass and I follow up at the bar again, this time to another Senior 'looking' personnel and she immediately radioed in to the back to ask about the clients food. I felt a sens of relief, but this turned out to be in vain. She was busy so I didnt persist, and I simply hoped word would travel and the system would produce the product I had come there for. It did not, apparently. Additionally, during this time I had called my client to inform them of the extended wait. My other client (I had 2 orders) called me wondering if there was any issues, seeing as 25 minutes had passed and I still hadnt picked up his order. I apologized and gave him an update also. Another 5 minutes pass, (now 922) and a worker comes out to ask me if Im waiting for an order. I kindly said yes and it had been 25 min (Actually 30) and gave her my clients name to proceed with my original request. Thank you for the experience.
Time is money, they say. And as a dasher it truly makes the difference between the night. The staff was pleasant, but the service needs work. Dont tell a client, customer, delivery driver, or any guest words you cant follow up with. Its bad service & disrepectful. Please be intentional with you words. If you cant help me or are swamped in work, say that. Thank you for the last worker for the professional approach to my dilemma, you have my gratitude. I have yet to eat here, but I look forward to a good meal and good service, ill credit this unprofessionalism to the busy Holiday. Peace and Love.

I went here for Valentine's Day dinner and was overall satisfied. The food was delicious and service was relatively fast and friendly. I ordered the spinach & cheese ravioli in marinara sauce which was great for under 500 calories a plate. My boyfriend ordered the chicken marsala and that was delicious as well. Very flavorful. You can choose to get vanilla ice cream with your meal or spumoni ice cream along with your meal. I opted to get the NY cheesecake instead. Right choice for me! Will be back ! Also to make the dining experience more fun they seated us inside a trolley car inside the restaurant. They also have fun arcade games at the front of the restaurant. How fun is that?! Will return ! 💖😋🍴🍝

Its like walking into museum. The chandeliers, stained glass and a train caboose, are gorgeous! Our waiter Marcus was polite and attentive! The spinach artichoke dip was the best I've ever had! Chicken Parmesana was delicious! It is definitely a must try!
