Great dinner, nice atmosphere. Just wish when booking I was offered to sit in the train area or regular seating. So much fun for my kiddo to see it. Great friendly staff.

Placed an order on DoorDash and accidentally selected pick up instead of delivery. The manager Scarlet was absolutely incredible. She called DoorDash to get the order cancelled so that we didn’t lose all our money. It’s so rare to find compassionate and kind customer service these days. Thank you Scarlet!!!

We come here every December for myself and my best friends Christmas exchange. Love the atmosphere. I wish they would bring back the angel hair with tomatoes and basil with grilled shrimp.

You go here for the ambiance more than anything. The service is generally good, and our waiter Nolan was really quite good. I have eaten at this chain in multiple cities, and I find them to be consistent, with reasonable (affordable) prices. If you are dining on a budget, you won't be disappointed. But don't compare this to a fine dining restaurant or a local (authentic) Italian place, that's not what they're going for our what you will get. All of that said, I think it is very good for the money you spend, and the ambiance is very unique.

Delicious food. Awesome service. Decor was great. I walked around looking at all the decor while waiting for our food. Lasagna could have been hotter. Chicken parmigiana was out of this world.

Great first experience. The atmosphere was very nice and the music was relaxing.. took a few pics here and there. Food was so delicious I didn’t even get a pic of our entree’s lol to in a hurry to grub haha. I didn’t even get a picture of the free scoop of ice cream though.. we will be back!

Food is wonderful! Our server was beyond good and no place has this decor that I know of. So unique. Just wish it was closer to where we live. But worth the drive !
