Still a fun cute place.Service was horrid other than the manager who was great (his daughter was there for bring your kid to work day) and the young black man who I would hire in a minute. Server was too busy. My associate had a hair in her salad. I was given potato chip crumbs with my panini. Literally no chips just a pile of crumbs...I wish it was better but sadly was not.

This is my second time back at this location within the past two weeks the first week it took 30 minutes for my server to come over and then an additional 10 minutes to get my drink this week. I went back in because I really wanted to try the pasta. I ordered one drink ordered a second drink never got it never got my bread and the bartender never came back, so I paid my bill and left. Two times in a row I had terrible service. I will not be coming back unfortunately

As great as the food is the atmosphere and service might be better. This place needs to be at the top of your list when you're craving Italian.

After reading some of the reviews, we were unsure about our choice to eat herebefore the theater. The service (Nolan)was great and he helped us make ourchoices (spinach and cheese ravioli)and lots of meat for the husband. Veryhappy with our decision to eat here.

The food here is always delicious. However the hostest today was so rude. We had made a reservation but when we gave her our name her response was "We will seat you when we can." No smile no friendliness at all. When my mom asked how long the we were going to have to wait the hostess ignored my mom. So I asked her again how long it would be. Her response was the same "We will seat you when we can." So I said "Even with a reservation?" She repeated "We will seat you when we can." She then proceeded to tell a fellow employee to clock in quickly because she needed a break. This was in front of everyone waiting. I don't think that you want this as the first impression for your restaurant.

OSF never fails me! Everytime I go back, whether grabbing lunch on a work day or having dinner with family, it's always great. The food is delicious, the service staff is kind and knowledgeable, and the environment is so clean!
The waiter did not under stand my order and should have repeated it back to me .the only thing that was correct was the SOUP. The person most concerned about my meal and ect was the bus boy. The manager spoke with me about what I would like and my preference 'es were, I told him I had ordered marinara sauce and received spaghetti sauce on my Ravioli. He said told me that was the spaghetti sauce they used on everything. There only sauce. I have eaten there before and it was very good! But this time I was extremely disappointed!!!

Our waitress might have been new.Our food was brought to us out of order. Our main course was brought out before the salad, and the bread was super hard.
I always get the lasagna, portions big enough to maybe take some home for lunch the next day. Everything I've tried is very good.

The only thing I'd change is how you pay for the food. Instead of having the waiter take your card to the back (and potentially copy your card information), it would be a lot better if the staff had portable card readers. That way there is no one taking your card to the back and you also know that no one is copying your card information.
