Staying at the Crown Plaza before our flight the following morning. Wife got food poisoning from the fish sandwich with Cole slaw. Couldn’t even make our flight and had to push it back. Definitely don’t recommend.

Terrible service to go with their terrible food.

We try to visit every year during spring break. They didn't have all of the menu items, and what I finally settled on was not up to their previous standards. I'm hoping this is a one off, as my family loves the birds and atmosphere in general.

Small menu. Good burger. Great shrimp bisque

The restaurant closes at 10.45pm. We chose this hotel because we landed late and wanted to have dinner. Only the bar stays open. So be aware.

A very good hotel restaurant.
Should be more appreciated.

Bad food, worse service. Pretty much a last resort for people who are given airline hotel vouchers because of delay or cancelation.

Fix your hours. If Google tells potential customers you're open until midnight, don't be closed at 11:10 pm.

Birds were cute. The food was not worth the price. The service was slow. All the staff were high schoolers. Waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for separate checks. We were sitting outside in 50° and one of the staff turned off the heaters next to us and we had to ask to turn it back on. Way overpriced for what you get.

Lots of rescue birds from the parot family. The white cockatoo, in the single cage to your left-rear as you enter, is very friendly. Birthday cake for a 3yo was very good and appreciated.

Parking: Lots of parking out front of the entrance.

Kid-friendliness: Staff was very nice to our grand kids.
