My reservation to The Rose Garden was at 7PM, and we even arrived a few minutes earlier too. Right away you see how busy it was, and how limited the seating arrangements are too. There are about 4 large booths against the walls and a handful of tables making up the middle of the establishment too. The Hostess was also the waitress for a number of tables too, this was the reason why we had to wait about 10 minutes, even though I made the reservation for our Galentines Day group making up o ly 3 people including me. As soon as we were seated, we had our water cups issued, then ignored for about 20 minutes before the Hostess/Waitress came back to ask us what we wanted to drink. Once ordered, and drinks have been provided about 10 minutes has passed. All 3 of our drinks were served very strong and the Daquri my friend ordered for herself was more rum than anything else, that is the one we had to send back. After some more time Jason passed where we are finally noticed again, we placed our order for the porkbelly sliders and Spicy Pala. We waited almost another 15 to be presented with a burnt pepperoni pizza and Sliders with more bread and tough porkbelly, making this not enjoyable to eat. After waiting almost 45 minutes for our appetizers, we opted to have our check provided instead. The speed at which the Hostess/Waitress came and not only provided the check, and collected it was within 5 minutes. Please save your money and not come to this place for anything group related. The price point is not worth being ignored and having been served food that does not justify a 77.00 bill.

Long wait for two drinks (30 min), we didnt like our drinks - luna de sangre and axe. The drink was also prepared wrong, as thyme was replaced by sage. The smells of food were nauseating, especially some fish which is weird as the menu doesnt have a fish option. Burnt flatbread was also a smell that sat in the air, which was weird because the entry smelled like roses. The interior was also lackluster, the peacock was too far and dark to properly admire but in general we both thought there would be more to the interior and not just a small space like it was. Would not recommend.

Portobello mushroom sliders didn't taste anything like portobello. It was just a Hawaiian roll with arugula, a spicy mayonnaise and a paper thin mushroom mash. Not awful but not good. The old fashion was more simple syrup than bourbon.

Went for a private party… very understaffed and long wait for drinks.. had to wait to get bathroom codes to use the restroom… multiple people trying to enter the front door that were not part of the party… cocktails were good however…

I heard this place was great but the staff was not helpful or engaging. We tried to get suggestions for cocktails but the bartender didn't offer any. He never checked on us after the drinks were served and we were sitting at the bar. Another employee did come by to see if we liked our drinks later. There were a couple of other tables of people so they weren't busy. Drinks were ok.

Service is consistently atrocious. We’ve come with a group of 6 on several occasions and this place force places a 22% large party gratuity so the staff ignores us every time. I want so badly to like this place as the atmosphere is great, but the service is absolutely horrible.

My husband and I came here right around when it first opened. We had been here before when it was another space. I will say that it’s decorated quite nicely and the drinks were decent. There was an interaction with our server that really put me off and gave me pause about ever coming back. My husband stepped away from our table to take a call. While he was in the lobby, the server came over and checked on us. I asked her where the restrooms were (just so I knew once my husband returned). I guess she assumed I was leaving the table right then and said that I must leave a credit card before I go. I was fairly surprised by that response since that has never happened to me before especially in a nicer cocktail bar. I was pretty offended and hope that’s not how that treat all their customers going forward.
My friends and I came here for a cocktail and apps after a concert downtown and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was great and the drinks and food were even better! Chef Chris hooked us up and was so kind! Would recommend!

My wife and I recently dined at The Rose Garden, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a fun evening out. The attention to detail in the décor and overall atmosphere really adds to the dining experience. The highlight of the night was, without a doubt, the food. Chef Mike is a true culinary artist! Each dish was a perfect blend of flavors and beautifully presented. Chef Mike delivered a dining experience that I’ll be raving about for a long time.
