Our family comes here regularly. I always get the sweet cream honeycomb. I have never had an issue with the quality, until recently, the last 3 times, there has been little to NO honey in my ice cream and NO chunks of actual honeycomb that I am so use to. It just taste like buttery ice cream with a hint of honey. It went from being loaded with honey and honeycomb to having next to non in my servings. Consistency in scoop size is lacking too. Sometimes it’ll just be over the rim of the medium cup, other times it’s well over. After coming regularly for the last year, I am not sure if I’ll be coming back.

Quality of the ice cream is excellent. First time here. Jaxon was such a gentleman - I came back another few times and he was always so uplifting. So sincere and so accommodating ???
Cookies and cream and Vanilla was my choice. Took home a pint after. It was refreshing. I like how they have an image of the ice cream making process. Rare to see that. Im from BC and can confirm the quality matches the description.
Really polite young man on site tonight who helped me. 10/10. Really pleasant neighborhood.

Googled ice cream for the kids. Cold stone, BR popped up along with the Screamery. Made the right choice. Ice cream is home made, fresh ingredients and much better than the franchise places all over. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best Ice Cream in the area.

We are dinner two doors down (torchys tacos) and when we saw “The Screamery” we decided to end the evening with ice cream. Great choice! We each (4 of us) tried a variety of flavors- everything was tasty and delicious. I ended up with the peppermint chip, hubby got Triple Play (chocolate ice cream with small brownie chunks and chocolate shavings.I love that everything is natural!

The ice cream was great nothing wrong with it, tasted amazing and our group ordered 7 different ones and they were not busy when we went in, we all decided what we wanted and there were three girls up front two were cleaning up and the other was ready to take our order. Im not sure what it was but when we were all ordering going one at a time making sure to not overwhelm her with all of them at once, after each of us ordered she would stair at us for a second and then started talking to her co workers, she went off and did something in the back then served me my ice cream about 5 mins later. As the rest of us were trying to order we would stand there waiting for them to stop goofing around then order then wait again for them to stop and get our ice cream a few minutes later. When we all sat down they were throwing things and just messing around with each other and with that excitement came the squealing. I love that they can have a good work friend relationship but i do believe that it should not be done in front of customers. If this was fixed or just had someone there to manage them it would be fine but it ended our night on a negative note (they close at 10 and we got there at 9 and sat outside). The food is great though and would love to go to one of the other locations but not this one.

There is a lot of ice cream flavors. The ice cream flight is the way to go, especially if you want to try a lot of flavors. Online they have an allergen menu which was very helpful in choosing a flavor for somebody that has a food allergy. Overall the experience was good.

Really like this ice cream spot! It's the only place I know of where you can get a flight of ice cream allowing you to sample 6 flavors. Perfect for people like me who have trouble deciding on and committing to just one. Merch available for purchase. Cute cow theme decor on the picnic tables inside. This most recent time the service was very poor, however. The young guy working did not make eye contact or speak to us during our entire duration (!) -- from when we walked in the door (no hi or welcome in), when we asked questions (simply pointed to the cup sizes when we asked about portions), during our ordering process, or during check out even when he put two of us intending to pay separately on the same bill (I'll Venmo her afterwards, I guess). (!) Wild and very odd. I'm assuming it's a one-time-thing so giving it a pass and still giving the establishment overall 5 stars since I don't remember it being this way the first time we visited two years ago.
