Best ice cream in the area, no doubt.

Rushed out of our dinner next door at 945 to run over to get ice cream and employees have the door locked and sign off 15 mins early. Annoying , if you want to close early that's fine just update the sign and google listing then.

Arrived a little more than half hour before closing and staff had already put away majority of the ice cream, so ended up walking out empty handed. Never heard of that, if your going to put it away then just close.

I love this place so much. I would highly recommend going here if you're looking for a new ice cream place to try. My favorite is the sweet cream honeycomb.

First time here and give the girl a raise the most pleasant employee I think I’ve ever met! WOW just alone the gal here has great customer service a golden gem! Good employees hard to come by Jill! Ice Cream I had the Fudgesicle, Butter Pecan and Peppermint Chip. I would ate all the flavors. Delicious refreshing ice cream. GIVE JILL A RAISE SHE IS AMAZING!

Normally great but most recently 2 of 3 we bought not made up correctly and the girl scooping is wearing a baggy sweatshirt that she keep dragging through the ice cream containers as she scoops over and over ..

I had the nicest experience with Autrey (who served me), she was so kind and allowed me to sample every flavor I wanted. We need more employees like this!!! Delicious icecream, has a very cute cow photo on the wall as well.

Oh my goodness!!!! The best ice cream in all of phoenix 😘 the kindest employees, Autrey the girl who served me, served me with a smile, while multitasking, greeting customers, and giving me samples, she continuously made me feel heard and appreciated. Love this shop!

Had a flight of ice cream, 6 flavors. Was perfect desert after dinner for my husband and I. Our favorite was the Ooey, Gooey, Butter Cake. Reasonably priced, great atmosphere and lovely staff! Definitely will be back.

Usually I love this place, but two of the three ice creams we purchased were not good - like OLD. The girl had to dig out strawberry from the bottom of the tub, which would have been fine except that there were chunks of dairy solids in both strawberry and vanilla and there were a lot of these 'solids' and they tasted weird. The lavender ice cream, which had a full container was fabulous. I wonder how often they get rid of the older ice cream??? Anyway, usually have good experiences here - hence the 4 stars.

Solid ice cream and maybe the best waffle cone I’ve ever had. Good service and the location is clean and well-organized. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Never tried this place until today! It was empty when I came in (I did go at 3 PM in July), but the decor was cute and they had a fun selection of flavors — even some funky ones like an ice cream with bacon bits! I got the honeycomb flavor and another lemon/vanilla one. Both were delish and creamy. I would love to come back and try other flavors. The service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

When we first walked in we were not greeted at all. The staff were extremely quite and not friendly. As soon as we got our ice cream and sat down inside they went into the back and when costumers cane in they took their sweet time to come out and still didn't greet them.
