Made a reservation for 2 ahead of time and when we were seated they put us outside on the patio furthest away from the band and everyone. It was cold on the patio as well. We saw several open tables and people waiting for tables that got seated inside at those nicer spots. Felt very slighted especially since we made a reservation.

As someone who regularly purchases gift cards because my sister absolutely loves this place, I can confidently say I will never be spending another dollar with this company. The complete inability—or unwillingness—to move into the 21st century by accepting gift card purchases over the phone or online is astonishing. As a result, this business has lost out on $1,000 of my money. Disappointing doesn’t begin to cover it.

Disappointing Experience
I went to Stilory Restaurant on Happy Valley and had a very disappointing experience. I was seated, waited for a while, and no one ever came to take my order or even acknowledge me, they kept walking past me. After sitting there with no service at all, I eventually decided to leave.
Basic customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this visit completely missed the mark.

The dance instructor is not very good at all. Seems like she likes the sound of her own voice more than actually teaching how to dance. The music is overrun by kids and pop music. Dance lessons are way too long and full of talking. It used to be really crowded and fun but now it get less and less people every week. Needs a new instructor and most the time should be open to swing dancing.
