The Stockyards once again delivered on all fronts. The entire restaurant and amazing Saloon exude authentic Arizona, and just look and feel terrific when you walk in and walk around. There is an excellent Western Art collection and historic photos of the site from the 50's and 60's!! We had filet, lobster tail, Prime Rib Stockyard's style, all seasoned and cooked perfectly!! My wife and I split the 12oz filet mignon. Unfortunately, it wasn't a center cut and had some gristle near the edges. I expected a better cut of meat at the price I was charged. Service was good.
The Stockyards was very nice in decor and reminiscent of cowboy days gone by. My husband and I both ordered the filet mignon with house salad and parm potatoes. The house salad was all various greens—no lettuce here—but extremely tasty. The potatoes are a MUST order if you want a delish side.
