Worth it every time. I’ve been a Vig fan for years and have been coming to The Vig in N. Central since it opened. You can count on neighborhood-style service, high-quality ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere. Elsie (GM) is a true servant leader and community supporter. Did I mention the huge dog-friendly, shaded patio?
Cool vibe and will definitely return! FTV
Great tacos at the Vig. Prompt and pleasant service. Great atmosphere. Fun happy hour. 5 stars!
It’s a amazing atmosphere and the wait staff are so fun and fast. The burger was delicious if a bit salty
Delicious burgers, great service
Fun place, good food.
Was amazing
The food was great. We had a business meeting with a variety of appetizers. Loved the $10 Monday night burger special. 🍔 The burger was tasty but a bit undercooked for my liking. It took a little longer than expected for the food to come out. The server was a little rough around the edges and not very personable. The Bread Pudding was amazing. 🤩
Slowest service.

Let me start by saying our server was awesome! However, the kitchen must’ve had an off night. My wife’s steak was undercooked and when the server brought it back, it looked like it was microwaved. It looked like shoe leather. My burger was great! I also ordered the white cheddar mac & cheese as a side. Do yourself a favor and order the fries instead. Their mac & cheese has no cheddar cheese flavor at all.
We always enjoy lunch at The Vig.
Today, one bite of food left to eat of my salad and after paying the bill, the waitress snatched my plate off the table and was on her way back to the kitchen before I realized what she had done!
I hadn’t finished my lunch!
Great cheeseburger. The large secondary parking lot is also very convenient. Hate having to fight for parking at other restaurants. Will be back. They even brought me a free margarita after having to wait awhile for happy hour, which was really nice.
Great restaurant with great food and drink options. We sat inside but the outside area is beautiful too. The staff was attentive and courteous and the food came out within a reasonable period of time.
The service is great and the employees are all very talented and genuine. The food was ample, diverse, and tasty, and simple. The pazole, brussel sprouts, mac & cheese, tacos, and butterscotch bread pudding are excellent comfort foods.
The patio here is well-designed, with a west-facing vertical wall that helps reduce glare from the setting sun and minimizes noise from Central Ave. Parking is safe and plentiful at lots to the east. It has a welcoming neighborhood feel, and a more family oriented vibe that sets it apart from the Arcadia Vig location.
