The White Chocolate Grill

Upon arrival with a reservation, I was probably seated by a friendly hostess. Server was friendly and professional food was prepared exactly the way we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and ambience always a pleasure to dine at White chocolate.

Overall good experience, but started out trying to squeeze 4 people in a corner booth - by adding two chairs to the other side of table after making a reservation for a booth for 4 ppl. Followed by feeling rushed to turn the table, having to ask for water, extra fork...but, quick to bring the check! Had better experiences in the past, and hope that turning tables isn't getting more important than the guest experience. We all have choices as to where to spend our money.

Another great evening with friends! We love the team and the consistent dinning experience. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent . The food was very good . It was so noisy ,we couldn't hear each other across a booth. We were seated next to a kitchen outlet and people were standing there on their phones? ??

We've been to White Chocolate before and its been good but last night we really felt the food was next level. The steaks were fantastic and we really enjoyed the golden beet side dish. Of course dessert...raspberry cheesecake and the banana cream pie and cappuccinos topped it all! We will be back.

Birthday celebration with friends from London. They had steaks and they were delicious! Always good!

Enjoy this restaurant, especially the salads. Had reservations for two to sit in the bar and was placed at a high top table back in the corner with several other high tops that were occupied even though there were several booths available in the open area. It was very loud and I had trouble hearing my wife who was sitting across from me. The hostess did not ask my preference for seating even though I waited ten minutes for her assistant to check what was available. Not a huge deal but didn't feel like I was a valued rcustomer.

We had a great experience! The food was pretty good, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. Our server Nate were excellent, and we’d especially like to highlight the manager, Nolan, for truly making the experience amazing for our family.

We typically sit in the bar area, this night we were at a table for 2 by the kitchen and large party room. Still had a great experience. Ordered a mustard tenderloin special that was excellent and dessert as always, delicious.

When another customer was rude to us, the Chef personally came out, apologized, and kindly moved us to a different table, even offering a complimentary treat. The Chef’s professionalism and exceptional customer service truly elevated our dining experience.

We had an incredible dinner at The White Chocolate Grill! I had the steak sandwich, my husband enjoyed the French dip, and our son had the Cajun chicken sandwich. Everything was absolutely delicious and served hot. The service was divine from start to finish.

The food was good. However, the server knew we were celebrating a birthday. After dinner she asked us if we would like a birthday dessert, which has always meant the restaurant was comping it, but I was surprised to find the charge on my final tab. Why would you ask a question worded like that? Maybe that is one reason why there were a lot of tables open at the peak of dinner time. Other than that, the food was good and prepared properly.

Excellent choice for special family lunch. We ALWAYS enjoy our WC experience. Ambiance, service and food are all exceptional. Highly recommend for quality meal in North Scottsdale.
