Service was very kind despite us coming in before closing. Ice cream choices were a plenty and all delicious!
Ice cream was solid. Bit expensive though for two scoops.
My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves and we came across The Yard, everything looked delicious and we were so excited until we came across the workers there. They were extremely rude not at all welcoming. I will honestly say that it was the worst customer service that I have ever had. The girl with the glasses couldn't even crack a smile not had any face expressions and when I called to get where to park the guy on the phone was the exact thing as the girl. Never will I give them any business
Great spot for a milkshake in downtown Phoenix!
They offer a lot of flavor combinations, currently had 3 vegan flavors and 2 different milk choices (oat and nut based). Their vegan whipped cream was really thick and the shake was lovely and thick too.
Only complaint is it's in downtown (busy with paid parking) and they need to have larger milkshake straws available.
I took my 8 year old son today and we were both so impressed with not only the amazing milkshake, but also the incredible customer service. The young man working took the time to answer all my son's questions and went above and beyond by giving him extra Whipped cream to take home! Definitely happy we decided to try this place today!
Very aesthetic, social media worthy shakes and sundaes. However, that is where the good part stops. The prices are outrageous to start. Second, the ice cream in my sundae tasted old/freezerburnt. My boyfriend got cookie dough and didn’t like his either. The best tasting part of either of ours was the chocolate covered smore! Even if we wanted to try something else instead, it took us so long to get our first order that we didnt want to wait for a different option. Not a place i would recommend for anything other than a photo op
They get very creative with ice cream, but I thought it was a little pricey
Not super high quality ingredients, not super clean inside, work station was a MESS, employees didn’t care about their jobs.
Visuals of ice cream 10/10, taste 6/10
Very heavy! Cheesecake was not very fresh. Whipped cream just added to the visual bulk, didn’t add to the taste a whole lot. Overall though, good job done

Crazy expensive and most of it is whipped cream. Was not good. We went with friends and everyone was like “this is terrible” very expensive for whipped cream!
Not bad for an ice cream shop. Maybe I should’ve tried some milkshake flavors. The ice cream to me was ok. I do like that they had many types of ice cream flavors.
People who work here don't even know what flavors they carry. Stupid clerk said they had black cherry NOT blackberry when they had BOTH. And I agree with tge other customers. It is NOT blackberry. I had to throw it away it was do bad.
Worth the long line tonight, the ice cream is amazing
Ice cream was really good, but the line took a while and it was surprisingly warm inside considering I went in early March.
