Closed the shop way too early. By like 30 mins…. Horrible experience!! Workers were so rude

The store closed an hour early. I asked and they did not give any reason just that we had to leave. There was a line of people trying to get in after the game and a lot of people were not happy ?

Would hands down RECOMMEND COLD STONE over this place. Ice cream is blue bell, which was good, but took about an hour just to get ice cream. Employees were very disgruntled and the atmosphere was not great. Not sure why the price is so high when they don’t even chop up the toppings like cold stone. You should only go there for the instagram pics, so if you aren’t superficial, this is not your place to go.OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE SERVICE, and AVERAGE ICE CREAM.

Fun place to get ice cream and milkshakes. These are not like your usual milkshakes. These are works of art. I ordered the birthday cake milkshake. Man, this thing was huge! It was topped with sprinkles and a cupcake! Whipped cream galore! It's a milkshake lovers' dream. The ice cream was delicious and creamy. It's pretty much like a meal in a glass. Ohh the best part? You get to keep the glass. They even have a nice washout station so you can clean the glass before you take it home. Overall, it was a pretty great experience, and if I am in the downtown area, I would definitely visit again.

Place is pretty neat. Gentleman behind the counter did an amazing job of putting my daughter's shake together and that thing was crazy looking. In a good way. Bit sparse inside.

Not worth it.Insanely expensive, average ice cream.Even the cookie and brownie were just ok.Waited forever for somebody to come from the back room to assist. They won’t see me again.

very giant high calorie milkshakes and bowls i would recommend sharing with someone unless you’re up for the challenge, they are very good and definitely worth the money. I highly recommend as a nice dessert.

honestly might just b writing this review bc i am still confused as to how i allowed myself to pay $47 for two milkshakes, post n*t regret if i’ve ever felt it. they were beautiful, but rlly just not worth the money guys…. the milkshake was all melted after the 5 minute walk to my car. the people who made my milkshakes and took my order were really sweet. this place is a money grab 10000%. yes u will get all the toppings described but rlly going to the grocery store and grabbing some cookies, brownies, some whipped cream, and a pint of ice cream that u allow to melt down a little would be way more satisfying. idk the website makes it seem way more special than how it feels when u walk in…

So excited to try their ice cream especially as it seemed like they cared about people with allergies. Signs were posted telling you to inform your server of any allergies. Asked the server to make sure the vegan didn't have nuts. He told me to wait to for a moment, reached under the counter, pulled out a clipboard with a waiver and told me to sign it. He didn't even answer my question about the nuts. Def do NOT feel safe getting ice cream here. GO TO COLDSTONE! All of their workers are trained in what to do when there are allergies, rather than just hand you a form releasing them from any liability.
