Tikka Shack Indian Grub

Very clean environment. The food is always delicious however, I do wish the prices were more reasonable given the fast food type environment & competition in the area. Regardless, this place is great for a quick Indian food fix. Get the Samosa Chaat & the Chicken Methi Malai.

When I first moved into Phoenix everything was new to me. I found this restaurant by accident and has been a staple ever since. Good food and customer service!

My wife and I ordered a pizza off of door dash for over $18 thinking that it'd be a decent sized pizza. Unfortunately this pizza was extremely small and overall not very good. We also got a mango lasse and for almost $7 it was extremely small. I would say it's a kids sized cup. I ended up paying over $40 for our meal and we both were still hungry. I get that each company has to make money but there's a certain point where it feels like a rip off. This company definitely felt like a rip off. Not to mention the fact that Naan Pizza co. doesn't even exist and is actually a Tikka Shack. Feels like fraud as well.

Had a wonderful lunch with the wife here. Her first time having Indian cuisine and they did not disappoint. She had the butter masala with chicken, I had the tikka masala with chicken. Will be here again!

Tikka Shak at Norterra is easily one of the best Indian restaurants in North Phoenix. The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced — whether you’re trying their butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, or biryani, every dish tastes homemade and authentic. The naan is soft and buttery, and their sauces are rich without being overly heavy.

The staff is warm and attentive, and the service is quick even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean and has a modern, casual vibe — great for dine-in or takeout. Portions are generous, and prices are reasonable for the quality and taste you get.

Highly recommend Tikka Shak if you’re craving real Indian comfort food. A true gem in the Norterra area!

Isabella and kayleigh were AMAZING!! Ive been here before and hadn’t had this good of an experience, but these young ladies absolutely changed my mind. I will be coming back and recommending to people!

Very very good food! Got the shrimp tikka masala 10/10

If your delivering my food to my table, please include a fork and napkins. This oversight is a common issue and makes me have to leave my food exposed and go get a fork.
Chicken Biryani was spicy, but yogurt sauce helped. Good white meat chunks. It came house style, but nobody asked me what level spice I wanted.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Indian food I have ever tasted in my entire life. If you actually know what Indian food is supposed to taste like, then you will hate this place. Even if you don't, if you have taste buds, you will hate this place. Their food is so bland and boring that it tastes like paper towels soaked in regret. Their naan bread is undercooked and made with about as much love as a gas station stale and moldy ham sandwich. Staff were mostly nice and place is clean/neat, but the food is horrendous! The only thing you might get away with digesting is the chicken wings. I came in absolutely starving, but the food was so bad I had to eat somewhere else afterward. I genuinely feel ripped off — we paid way too much for such poor quality. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I will never come back.

Izzy took our order and was super helpful and patient with me and guiding me through their gluten free options (I have celiac). Our food arrived quickly and was super hot and amazing!!! Yummy food and wonderful service. THANK YOU!!
