First time there, but it sure won’t be my last. The french fries were out of this world! The chicken sandwich with the bacon was very fresh and delicious. Thank you so much.

Only visited this place once but the vegan pancake (very large pancake) w/ blueberries was very good. Service was friendly and quick. Lots of smiles and great atmosphere. I'll likely be back. Soon. 👍

We had the delight of walking in to bunch of vintage owl art on our vacation to Flagstaff. Their service completely friendly and inviting. Absolute, favorite breakfast/lunch food with vegan alternatives also. We always stop by when in flag and now the new site in Phoenix. Soon another close to us in PV. always a hoot of nest. 🦉

Had the montecristo, delicious! Coffee was very good, nice seating but is loud with conversation if you don't like that.

It’s mid morning, many places are not serving breakfast anymore, and choices are dwindling down as the clock ticks closer to 11am. I stumbled across a news article about a Flagstaff-based restaurant opening a 2nd location here in the valley, and the comments were satisfying to read. The restaurant? The Toasted Owl Cafe.

I mosey on over to lovely uptown Phoenix to check this place out. You walk in, and you’re greeted by a lovely staff member who gives you the option to either dine in, take out, or simply order a cup of coffee. I was given the option to chose my own table, which I love because I was able to sit near this cute owl figurine hanging on the wall— as the place is filled with antique items for purchase.

My waiter was super nice, and gave me time to read the menu. They had so many items to choose from, so I was able to narrow it down to the Barn Owl Biscuits & Gravy with eggs and a single pancake. In the mean time, I couldn’t help but admire the place. So cozy, yet, so chic. I love!

The service was very fast. Possibly waited 10-15 minutes for my food. At first glance, I knew that my meal was going to hit the spot, and man it sure did! The biscuit was still toasty with all that gravy on top, the bacon was crispy, and the eggs were cooked just the way I like them. The pancake was the size of a dinner plate, and so fluffy! It felt like I was eating Sunday breakfast at grandmas house. Naturally, I left my plate clean, and left with a satisfied stomach. Not to mention that this was all reasonably priced at just under $30– coffee included.

I will definitely be coming back to the Toasted Owl Cafe and possibly bring friends and family along. This is definitely one place that cannot be skipped.

This place was wonderful. It’s so cute inside, and the waitstaff were super nice. Their vegan breakfast burrito is unmatched, it’s so good I highly recommend. I wouldn’t recommend getting plant based chorizo on the biscuits and gravy, though, it was a bit spicy for me. But all in all this place was great and the food was good!

Potatoes. This is where I don't bother looking to see how many comments rave about the potatoes. The food is perfect and the service was even better. Did I mention the potatoes?
