Absolutely loved the delicious food I had here which was not only healthy and nutritious, but also satiating. There are many great vegan and vegetarian options.. all of which were really tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant to those who like meals which are healthy and fulfilling!

We are doing a lot of demolition in the area and through everything Tocaya Has been so helpful in working with us to get things taken care of. Their food is amazing, the atmosphere is awesome, and the people working there are friendly and efficient. Thank you for being there and not holding anything against those of us disturbing the area.

Even with the construction around the restraunt, it was still nice and peaceful. The food we ordered was amazing. The Tortilla Soup was delicious. The fried plantains were crispy and flavourful. The Baja Tacos was the ?. The cabbage and the creamy sauce were just right with the crispy on the outside fish. The inside tender and juicy seasoned fish. The only thing I regret was I didn't get 2 more of those tacos. I can't forget the 2 Margaret's I had. They were spicy and savory. They had vegan options. The bowls look so good. I just wanted to try everything on the menu. In Biltmore, the parking can sometimes be a guessing game. There is complementary parking. I recommend this place a ?%.

really tasty and healthy options. so many vegan choices on the menu, and the interior of the restaurant is very cute and clean.

Good food, great drinks, and friendly staff in a fast casual environment. There is a wide variety of fresh ingredients and their menu options are all super customizable. They offer outdoor seating and also have a full bar. Would be a great place to grab a bite before catching a movie upstairs. Already looking forward to making my way through the menu!

Tocaya is an awesome spot for both vegan and non vegan groups to eat at. Everything I've had is amazing. Only downside is the portions, wish they served more rice with the meals or bigger burritos for the price. Also they use beyond meat which is horrible but they have other protein options. Don't order the friend mushroom as protein because they only give you two mushrooms for it kinda a joke. No need for a corporate place to be stingy on rice and beans.

The deep friend maitake mushrooms + spicy margaritas were ?Cilantro lime rice seemed a little old + crusty and over-salted, but not enough for me to subtract a star after the fantastic shrooms + happy hour cocktails + grrrrrreat customer service ?Ooh the gf waffle bites were ? too!! ?

Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian friendly

So many taco places in phx. This is only worth it if for whatever reason it fits your convenience. Thought it be a sit down restaurant but it’s counter service. The margs are good, especially when happy hour price. Most things are vegan, so if that’s your jam, here ya go. The tacos fall flat. Tortillas are mediocre at best. The Baja fish taco was solid with a decent size piece of fish. The carne Asada taco was worthless with what seems like two tablespoons of meat and a tiny by avocado slice. The other tacos (chicken and/or veggie) are just eh. The guac is also the same. Not mush to it but the plantain chips are well cooked but under seasoned. Come to happy hour and see for yourself.

I really enjoyed this place. My wife said I would like it so I went. I ordered a protein bowl. It was very tasty and surprisingly filling. The music they played was great and the environment was very nice. Not your typical taco shop for sure. I only didn't like one thing about my meal. The rice was a bit dry. The remainder was great. If not for the rice it's 5 of 5 stars. It is possible that it was a fluke on the rice so I may consider returning and giving it another shot. I recommend.

Have to be honest and transparent with this review. Tried this restaurant twice, two months ago. Got sick both times, throwing up violently. My cousin just recently came to visit me, and ordered from here last night after I warned him. He got sick, throwing up, and had explosive diarrhea. Something is seriously wrong with this place. Avoid at all costs!

First time visiting. Food was great with a variety of options. Emma was a huge asset to our experience. Her customer service was off the charts. She helped explain the menu and was very knowledgeable about it. We'll definitely be back.

Parking: If you're not familiar with the area it's kind of difficult to find. Garage parking entrances are in the back.

We came in at first to get some food, but it was expensive and we didn’t like the options. On the way out, along the walkway they have these signs that stick out from the wall.. entirely made of hard wood. I smacked my head against it because of how far from the wall it is.. there are FOUR OF THESE!!! Extremely dangerous. I told the woman behind the counter and she brushed me off. We left immediately.

Love the food and concept. Staff could be a bit faster and more detail oriented. Seems like everyone is just chilling and there isn't much of a sense of urgency BUT I order here often because it's not bad enough to chase me away yet and the menu is phenomenal
