From the very beginning, Tom and Lin were an absolute joy to work with. We chose them because we had specific dietary requirements for our wedding — my husband has celiac disease and is a total foodie — and we wanted to make sure our guests could safely enjoy everything. We hosted our wedding in Tucson, Arizona, the place we now call home, and wanted our out-of-town guests to have a true desert-inspired experience from the venue to the food.
Tom and Lin exceeded every expectation. They were incredibly accommodating with our gluten-free needs and helped us craft a creative, upscale Southwestern menu that highlighted local ingredients and regional flavors. Every guest was blown away — not only by how delicious everything tasted but also by the stunning presentation.
Their professionalism and skill were next level. They created a full kitchen setup at our venue, and their service staff ran like a Michelin-star team — attentive, friendly, and seamless from start to finish. From passed hors d’oeuvres to plated dinner service, wine pouring, and cleanup, every detail was flawless.
We received so many compliments from guests saying this was the best wedding food and experience they’d ever had — and we couldn’t agree more. Tom and Lin turned our intimate wedding into an elegant, elevated, and truly unforgettable night. We can’t recommend them enough!

We seriously had more than one guest say it was the best carnitas they have ever had in their lives. TLC catered our daughter’s wedding in March 2022, served 120 dinners. The food, staff, and management were phenomenal. But the meal! Our guests said they would order it at a restaurant and then order it again because it was so good. And the kids’ friends-or newlyweds’ friends also said it was the best meal they had at a wedding. Tom and Lin are great to work with! From The moment I met them I knew they would be a perfect fit to cater my wedding. The food was not only incredible (my guest have been nonstop talking about it) Lin was so attentive to my husband and I as well as our guests at the wedding, she made sure we always had a drink, she checked numerous times to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything, and she made sure the food was perfect for everybody. TLC Catering was FANTASTIC. We hosted a small COVID-friendly holiday party for my company in December of 2020, with the theme of The Greatest Showman. Lin and Tom went above and beyond with conception, preparation, decor, service, menu and presentation. I am relieved to say that with their help and coordination we did not have a SINGLE hiccup for that event.We had a stilt walker slider station, ringmaster bartender, eclectic appetizer and post-dinner treats in bird cages, umbrella skeletons, and picture frame for "floating" snacks.Everyone raved about the food, so impressed by the decoration and presentation. Lin was an absolute pleasure to work with and Tom's upbeat energy the night of the event set the tone. I cannot wait to use them for another event.
