The food is fantastic! It was weird they didn't have iced tea and it would be better if they had beer on tap. Other than that, would highly

I hosted an event in the outdoor patio area and it was amazing. The service was great. The management and staff were so attentive to our needs. The food and drinks were great and decently priced. The ambiance was chill and relaxed. We loved it so much that my friends and I came back the following weekend to celebrate a birthday!

Fried food was undercooked. Waitress disappeared often. Wine was supposed to be $6 a glass during happy hour but at check time they said only white wine and we had red. Tacos and burrito were ok. Nothing spectacular. No burgers, no onion rings even though they are on the menu. Asked for no jalapeños, got them.

Literally just bring back Jackalope. Whoever bought this place took a great concept with a wonderful atmosphere and genuinely delicious food and turned it into a soulless gray monster. We used to go to Jackalope at least once a week, and when it all of a sudden morphed into this generically named and sloppily themed mess we genuinely gave it a few tries, but somehow every time we’d go back they’d made some aspect of it worse than before.I get that the new ownership felt they needed to try something new because Jackelope often wasn’t exactly full, but it was sitting under scaffolding from a building under construction - not exactly the most welcoming environment and certainly not proof that the concept couldn’t work (particularly when there are so many people in the comments here mourning its loss). So please, just give the people what they want and bring back our vibey neighborhood bar. Bring back Jackalope!!

This places is located in the neighborhood of Arizona State University. I went near the holidays and the area was pretty low key and not very busy. Street parking was easy but it is metered. The happy hour here was interesting! The margaritas were $6 and pretty good. They advertised cheese nachos and it was just that! Nachos chips smothered in cheese- pretty funny! The tacos were inexpensive and pretty good. I preferred the cauliflower tacos over the fish and shrimp. The Carne tacos were good but boardline dry. Overall a decent place with pretty good food. Service was great either way!

Javier and Biri were both so wonderful in helping me arrange a get together for my group! I filled out their form online for group reservations and I heard back within a day. They were very accommodating and overall helpful too. We were able to get a private room that has a door outside (picture attached). When we got there, we ordered their taco platter (forgot the name, but it was a Family Combo), two loaded nachos, and two quesadillas (which later increased to 4 because we loved it so much!). Food was quick to come out; Biri and our bartender that night were very attentive as well. My only regret is not taking any pictures while I was there. Another reason to go back! hope to see you guys again soon!

This is not the same Topaz Bar & Lounge. The phone number listed doesn’t work. The website and menu listed are not current. The restaurant is under new management/ownership… again. At the very least the restaurant should update their menu and website to reflect what they actually serve. Was so looking forward to the original Jackalope Burger (was renamed to Topaz Burger) with beer battered fries. The pseudo “Topaz Burger” we got tonight was nothing like the original and fries were standard frozen fries. They did away with the beer battered fries. Best of luck to the owner. Super dope location and atmosphere. Please update your website and menu.Parking: Due to construction and surrounding businesses, most curbside parking is already taken.Kid-friendliness: This place is not for kids.

This a great place with a very chill environment. The food was really good, honestly, better than expected. Authentic Mexican flavors, including the tortillas. The street tacos are really good. Everything made fresh. Great selection of beer as well. Good place to catch a game with plenty of Tvs and to top it off, great music. Was able to even put some work in seating at the bar. Jessika, the bartender is extremely attentive and a joy to talk to. This place is going into my saved places when traveling to Phoenix. Keep up the great job and best success to you. See you next time.
