To have a slice of Austin not far from home is awesome! Plus AZ doesn't really do breakfast tacos or queso, so Torchy's gives me a few things I miss about Austin.
Give the secret menu a shot and order your Trailer Park taco, trashy style.
Another pro tip, order a couple breakfast tacos to-go for the next morning, you won't regret it.
Dietary restrictions: They have GF options but not sure if they're Celiac friendly from cross contamination, etc.

Yay! I didn't know there was one in AZ! I was a regular in TX, and didn't know the chain had expanded! Unique tacos and burritos! I bought a HUGE chicken (and added on crispy potatoes) burrito and a side of their street corn for $13. It was more than enough food, I absolutely love this place!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Torchy's!! My favorites are the quest dip, fried avocado taco, and the trailer park taco! Location is perfect with easy and ample parking. You can order at the counter with an employee or on the tablets, making it super easy to customize.

Good tacos, lots of variety! Not traditional Mexican, but it never tries to be. Cool theme, topical considering proximity to ASU.
I could be nitpicky about the sauces, as they were either too sweet or not strong enough, but the tacos were otherwise great and extremely customizable.
Vegetarian options: The fried Avocado taco is lowkey better than some of the meat-focused ones!

The prices for the food are higher than I’d say they’re worth.
Also, they won’t always catch your requested modifications to your order. All three of my tacos came with diced onions that I wanted left off. See the photo for my receipt showing no onions but the taco having onions.

The guy with brown hair in twenties was super helpful and totally deserves 5 stars. The bald guy in late 30's was rude. This was my first time . Had the bald guy not been a jerk this would be 5 stars. My advise to him is loose the power trip and don't assume. I asked a question did not need attitude! He seemed like he was bothered to be there.

I went there Saturday and they have kiosk to order your own food(still asks for a tip) well the order didn't go through. I checked my account and they took the money. When I asked the so called manager if they can refund me and she says it will get refunded by this week, it's now Wednesday and still nothing. I did however call my bank when we left and filed claim. So if you want just ok tacos and a maybe order torchys is great for you

Not sure how this place has less than a 4.5! It was my first time in and I was very impressed. The menu has a lot of variety. The restaurant is big and has a bar, if you’re looking for that. Kiosk ordering was simple.
But it got better! I was waiting for my little coaster to buzz to go get my food but instead someone brought it to me. Nice touch! Then I bit into my burrito and realized the tortilla was house-made and fresh. That was a game changer.
Also several of the staff were walking around, chatting with patrons, clearing dishes even though it’s not technically a full serve restaurant.
Good food, great service, would def recommend!
