Waited over 30 min for my lunch to come. Left super hungry because my lunch time was over . Probably won’t come back ever

Messed up literally my entire order.

Dearest Torchys, I love you so much. I’m a gold card member and I love my free queso. But I have to say, I dislike your kiosks. If someone is standing awkwardly at the check out counter, please just go take their order. They either don’t want to order on the kiosk or they have questions and want to talk to a real person. Especially if they are elderly. I’ve been in your store far too many times witnessing poor service because of your new kiosks. It’s disappointing. And it’s bad service.

AIN’T NO TEXAS TORCHY’s

I love the Torchy’s concept and have frequented the locations in Austin in the past, but this spot is lacking in quality.

Queso is the best thing on the menu here and the street corn is a close second. I still haven’t found a taco I love here.

If you want $6 for a single taco, it better be AMAZING and only my husband would say they were.

I didn’t have a cocktail, but my husband’s bloody looked delicious and he loved it.

I hate to write a bad review after such friendly service and such a pleasant restaurant but man, the food is just bad. I mean... what's up with pouring a bunch of oil all over what might have been a passable taco? I don't mean a touch of oil, I mean oil running all over the place. The staff here were just the nicest people but I just can't return for food this bad.

Some tacos are good but some are not really flavorful. I'd have given it a 3 but since my husband enjoyed, I gave it a 4.
I think the best one we had was the Republican and the worst one was the baja shrimps.

Just don't go…..unless you hate spice and flavor and love to over paying for “tacos”. Taco Bell would have been a better choice. With the options you have here in the valley don't waste your time or money. I am filled with regret and not good food.

Went here for lunch I think I had the trailer park. Chicken strip taco with nachos. The cheese sauce was really good but the taco..imagine if McDonald's made a taco that is exactly what it was. super disappointed and it's not a cheap place. Won't be coming back. if you want real tacos this is not the place. Also it's a walk up counter to order and they ask for tips before you get your food. Not a fan of that!!

Tried to shop local, but… Won’t make this mistake again. Tried posting a photo but link is disabled.

Made a quick stop for dinner. 3 of us had the Democrat, the tipsy chick, tailgater, crossroads, fried avocado taco, and the street corn! We enjoyed the food! Bacon jam is excellent!!

FIRST of all, they get bonus points for NOT serving tacos in metal stands. I’ve had dozens of street tacos in Mexico and never seen one metal taco holder? Second, the STREET CORN was delicious. The trailer park and the green chili pick tacos were excellent and the portions were huge compared to “street tacos.” I went in expecting to be disappointed by an overpriced chain but Torchy’s has really good food. After $1 off tacos for happy hour and $2 off margaritas I definitely cannot say they are overpriced. I will be back to try other tacos.
