Let me start by saying I love the food and I've been coming here for a long time but today the service was horrible first the yound lady didn't even ask us what we wanted to drink she gave us the menu as we sat down and she asked us are we eating here we said yes she then walked away we called her to order drinks she then tried to talk to us across she was at the cash register I asked her to come to the table she then said y'all can leave we said why I asked you for a cup with a little bit of clamato with a Modelo she then told us to leave my daughter asked why she said I can here y'all we then said yes because you never asked if we wanted to order our drinks she was absolutely rude and no customer service my daughter works in the food industry so i know how it can be but people like her its a No

The location was very clean. I walked in and placed an order for takeout. They had great customer service. I ordered the Torta Ranchera Especial and Burrito Hawaiiano. The burrito was a good size burrito and the flavor was ok. The torta was plain and the meat didn’t have much flavor.

I didn't live in Phoenix, but I went to this place because it was recommended to me. From the moment you arrive, they treat you well. The food is delicious. I asked for something off the menu, and they prepared it without any problem. Most importantly, the flavored waters are 100% natural. They prepare the fresh portion for your glass right at the moment.

Before the service and taste were good, now they serve you reluctantly and the taste is like old oil, I bought a trevi cake and the bread was dripping with grease and, the milanese doesn't look like chicken, it stands up like chewing gum all stiff, something unpleasant.

The food is good but the waitresses need better training or replaced with nicer people.

This was one of the worst places i ever ate at! From the jump the place smelled like wet dirty rag like they just cleaned the place with one of their dirtiest rags they can have. Services was terrible the server kept leaving outside to talk to whoever he was, our food was sitting there for a minute waiting for it to be served. The food was the worst of it all, salsa and chips where nasty, salsa was very watery and the food we had were the chilaquiles and the salsa for that had no flavor, the cheese looked so weird and the frijoles just had no flavor at all. My husband had the torta de res and that one wasn't as bad nothing special about it but even then everything was so flat! And the chips they came with were from a bag of lay chips! Our drinks weren't even cold my coke bottle was at room temp and was warm by the time i finished it. Overall it was just a bad service and don't recommend anyone to go.
