Tortas Manantial makes some of the best tortas in AZ, but not at this location. The west side spot south of the freeway is much better. This place just opened, so maybe they’re still adjusting, but I saw an employee microwaving the shredded pork that was in a red container, which gave me doubts. The meat had uneven cold and hot spots and odd taste. My wife enjoyed her tuna torta with no issues. I’ll stick to the west-side location.

I came really craving a cake, especially the Hawaiian one, but it had nothing to do with the videos on Tik Tok, the food was very ugly and the sauces tasted sour, they were spoiled, I informed the girls and they only gave me a 2 oz glass. which they still tasted and were spoiled, much less they changed the sauces on the table. I will not return since I come from Mesa Arizona, it was a waste of time and money!

The truth is I was expecting something more Latin, something more Mexican, it's very, I don't know, it's like a Subway with Mexican ingredients, I was expecting a cake, not a Subway, I guess I went with very high expectations (much ado about nothing)

Went in for the asada fries and when I got home there was no cheese on them at all. And they are expensive for them to not have all the stuff they say they come with!

Frist time trying the food. Best torta I've tried from A Lot of places some are too dry for flavor. Asada Torta was perfection 👌 had to get a second one to go. Thank you for great food.

Rude is empty and still more than 30 minutes for a cake that has the ingredients ready

Took almost 30 minutes to get food after placing order. There was someone who ordered in front of me and they still hadn't received their order even after I ate and left. I did go towards the late part of lunch. Got my torta de pierna and really was expecting more for the price. More meat and definitely more flavor. The agua de jamaica was good. Place was very clean.

I got the torta de pierna and it was the best torta I ever tasted. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender & the bread was soft yet toasted, and it had the perfect amount of veggies. The sauce on the side was also very good. Returning soon!

I ordered a Ham torta. It was mostly lettuce. I had to take a few bites to find a single, very thin slice of ham. It's delicious but you're basically paying for a bread with lots of lettuce & mayo & if lucky you might be able to taste the ham.
