First customer service was great. The food was good, the Pan Deulce was a little dry, I've had much better. The establishment was well kept and super clean. Overall the experience was good for this first time visitor from the PNW.

I stopped by Tortas Paquime and tried the beef flautas—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of hearty! The shell had a satisfying crunch, and the filling was well-seasoned. A solid choice for a quick, tasty bite. Looking forward to trying more of their menu next time!

I wanted to like this place. It’s very attractive, clean and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the torts itself was not good. I ordered a #1 combo, which is supposed to be a pork torta. The menu shows a big fat torta. What I got was maybe 2 ounces of dried out pork that was almost inedible, a slice of tomato and an unripe slice of avocado with no sauce of any kind. I took a bite and it was so dry and tasteless. I had to put some salsa on it to get it down. The fries were excellent and the best part of the meal. I would go back and try something else because I think this had to be a mistake and everything I saw others eating looked great. Mine just wasn’t great.

I get the carne asada torta every time. The bread is delicious. The meat is full of flavor, and is complimented perfectly with the jalapeños, avocado, etc. The homemade chips are icing on the cake.
Parking: There’s a good 10-15 spots in the lot.

I bought Paquimé cakes and they were very dry and apart from a thread of meat and for that they are expensive $7 each

I order food off of uber eats for me to pick up. I order tortha and a burrito de mole. We went there to pick up our food and drove home. They were out of mole apparently and put a carne asada burrito instead. When I got home, I realized it was the wrong burrito I called them and they stated that they were out of mole. So they just decided to put a carne asada burro instead. I asked the the employee over the phone, why they did not ask us if we wanted a different kind of burrito, when we picked up the food so we could at least pick what we like and want. She stated the cook just decided to put another burrito. We asked to talk to the manager, they hung up the phone. I drove back automatically.The manager had attitude as if it was our fault stating that it's not their fault, they informed uber that they where out of mole with unnecessary attitude from her.
Today I found a metal sponge fragment inside of my burrito, which metal sponges should NOT be used in food preparation areas because they can break down and create sharp fragments that can end up in food (MY BURRITO IN THIS CASE). I was chewing and realized I was chewing something hard and sharp and immediately spit it out. I was really disappointed
Metal fragments in food can cause mouth injuries, infection, and perforation of the digestive tract. They should be more careful or stop using these around the food preparation areas!!

I went to order 2 burritos last week. As I was about to pay the cashier went to the back and then returned to the register said she didn’t know if they had enough tortillas or meat for my 2 burritos so she couldn’t place my order. She proceeded to stand there and stare at me. The cashier didn’t offer me any solutions or at least a coupon for the inconvenience. I had called beforehand too. I walked away frustrated. Wasted my time. Never going back. This restaurant needs an SOP. Standard operating procedures to learn how to run a business with competent employees.

I spoke with the manager I ask if we could replace the hot sauce with one they have that we all like and she told me that that hot sauce is extra what the heck since when you have to pay extra for hot sauce disappointed at this restaurant we will stop spending our money on this restaurant thanks on how rude she was I ask for her name and as soon as I did she hanged the phone will not be buying there again
