Super pricey, my cookies were an hour late! I understand the late night hours can be hard but are you guys sleeping or something?? At 1am it shouldn’t be busy enough to take an hour and 18 minutes for 12 cookies. On top of that the cookies were cold and hard as a rock. The taste was almost as if they were sitting for an hour.

This place is closed down. I got an email to confirm my order but never received the email to let me know my order was ready for pick up. Drove to the location to find a piece of paper stating that they’re closed down. I then got a call from their online people? Saying that they’ve been canceling all their orders. It was confusing as she asked if I wanted to proceed my order, as if they didn’t know that they were closed. I went ahead and just canceled it and did get my refund. I’m upset as they keep taking orders but are closed down.

It took over 30 minutes for 2 brownies with ice cream and it was super packed. However, it was a Friday night and they bake to order. A bit pricey but totally worth the wait because our desserts were delicious.

I used to love ordering from here, but the service has gone downhill steadily over the last year. Repeatedly late orders with no notice, cancelled orders, undercooked cookies and it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone there by phone. Won't be ordering again or if I hear somethings changed.

Use to love this place but.... recently Order from this place on Grub Hub to wait 2 hours for my order and still nothing arrived! Had to call customer service to get a refund and was informed that the shop supplied there own drivers and failed to fill my order! Not worth your time and money.

Cookies were fun but not insanely delicious amd they were busy. We waited an hour for 18 cookies as there was only one guy but outside of that all good. This definitely a call ahead and pick up later place

If I could give zero stars I would for $25 you would think I would at least get something better than a Styrofoam plate delivered to my house along with melted peanut butter cookie and 2 burnt chocolate chip cookies this was my first time ever ordering from this place and I will never order again I want my money back I ordered six cookies and it was not worth a single dollar

Good for a quick bite and craving. The price will definitely deter me from returning soon.

Phenomenal cookies. We just ordered them on Uber Eats and they arrived hot and oh-so-delicious! Fruity pebbles was my fave but they were all amazing. Best cookies I've had in Phoenix, hands down.

This is a very disappointing experience as I had high hopes walking into this place. I am very reluctant to place one star reviews, but unfortunately they totally earned it.

Delicious my fresh baked cookies. And don't forget ice cream! Open late for those midnight cravings too.

Amazing OMG simply the best ever. Where can you find at 3 am hot fresh made to order cookies and brownies and ice cream. No place that's where thank the God's for Totally Baked 😊😉😁

Although the cookies are pricier than what you might find at a grocery store bakery, they are fresh, warm, and unique. The variety in flavor and the freshness is worth the price. I would definitely recommend the cookies and cream specialty cookie. We also really enjoyed the caramel churro. We did wait for almost 25 minutes, though. They seemed short-staffed and overworked. I would likely go again but order online to ensure my order is ready when I arrive.

Long wait and they forget to double check the order. Overpriced for sure. Fresh cookies for sure but not worth the price.... Even the ice cream is way too expensive. I wouldn't come back again even if i just had money to blow. Sorry.
