Needed help airing up my granddaughters bike, the owner was very helpful.
I dropped by the bike shop this morning (Saturday) at 10:15am but the shop was closed. Thier business listing on Google Business has their hours for Saturday as 10am-5pm. I called the shop from the parking lot just to make sure and there was no answer. The voicemail says that the Saturday hours are 8am-5pm. The shop may be out of business? Call before you drive over for sure.
This place is a joke. Inconsistent hours and the service is crap. The guys my husband and I dealt with were Chris and Kevin. Not very professional at all. Not helpful in the slightest. They told my husband on 2 different occasions they would call him back about a bike we wanted to order and never did. They seem lazy. Right when I walked in there, I wanted to walk out. The vibe was bad and it had a really nasty smell. So glad my husband and I chose a different bike shop to order from. They were much more helpful and accommodating than this place. X10. Don’t waste your time at Trailhead.
They were so accommodating and friendly. They set me up with a great bike Specialized full suspension. Definitely will go back
Friendly and ready for any question u might have
I used to like coming here, I got my bikes fixed many times. Unfortunately the guy who works there currently the one who smiles like The Joker is not very helpful. I went in a few weeks ago to get some pedals and he did everything he could to NOT help me, with that big creepy smile of his. I guess he doesn't like to work and make a sale. He said they will be closing soon as well. Go to Grey Matter Bikes down the street they are way better.
The person in charge is a very nice guy. Handles your bike problem right away and reasonable price. I suggest calling ahead, as the hours are not whats stated on website.Says open to 7pm. Its Wed. 11/6 and he closed at 3pm. Got there at 3:02 place was dark.Thursday he closes@ 11am. Hours are crazy. Fridays til 5 I think. I am considering another repair shop that stay open past 11am in the morning...such a waste. Very clean and convenient and affordable if you can get in.

Went in 10 mins before closing hoping it wasn't a big deal. Wanted to buy lights for my road bike. Nope. Guess the guy didn't want to make a sale. Go to SUN or UNITY for a notch customer service experience.
Great bike shop with really helpful techs. Although, the cafe had been closed for around a year.

Good service and very friendly. Shawn is the man.
Today I was on a bike ride I was about 8miles in and my back tire started to go flat I Google search bike shops near me and this was the shop closest to me the gentleman that was working was very kind he assisted me with my tire and gave me a very helpful information cuz Im new to the long distance bike riders world LOL! Also the ride home was much nicer with air in my tire GREAT SHOP definitely a shop worth my business
Knowledgeable. Friendly. Work was done when promised.
My first time going here and I was Introduced to the sweetest locals! The coffee is better than StarBucks, Dutch Bros, Seattle etc. The Breakfast Sandwich was extremely filling. Over all very happy
This place is TERRIBLE. One of the male managers was insulting one of the young female employees right in front of my boyfriend and I when we stopped in for burritos and coffee. Telling her she couldn't do anything right and always messed everything up and should be working at a pizza place and worse than that... I told the other manager and he basically just thought I was complaining over nothing. These guys are pieces of s***. And their bicycle prices aren't even good. Don't go.
