There are not a huge variety of choices, but everything is excellent. My only negative is it was very noisy- hard to hear the person across the table.

Everything on their menu is fabulous! It's fun to go with a few friends and share. Lovely wine list but a short cocktail list, hopefully that will expand!

The ambience, food and service were all outstanding. I just wish there were some new options to choose from. The menu hasn't changed much over the years.

Some of the best food we've ever eaten. We had the beef pasta, chicken, and apple dessert. I don't know if I've ever eaten somewhere where all three dishes are now in my top 10. The sauce on the chicken was amazing!

Great. I made a mental note not to eat too much but everything was too good. I could not control myself. We are not unbiased. 25 year fan of everything Bianco including Marco's amazing bread at Pane. Tratto new (/old) location is a little bit louder than we would like if we had a choice.

Food was delicious and service was good but the place is very loud; you can barely hear yourself think let alone have a conversation!!

We liked the old location as a refreshing break from the typical chain restaurants in metro Phoenix, but after this visit, even a fast-food chain would have been a better choice. The place was only half full and the noise was overwhelming. We moved to a quieter area, which helped a little, but I can only imagine how loud it gets when full. The food was the real disappointment. The gem salad was just okay until we hit large flakes of salt that felt like biting into glass shards. Why would salt like this ever be added to a salad? The cacio e pepe was overly salty, dark gray, and had a strange aftertaste. The pork chops were thin, tiny, and lacked flavor. The broccolini was nicely charred, but the sauce did not work. We cut our losses and skipped dessert. Service was good, and I wish we had spoken up after the salad, but we assumed the rest would improve. It did not. We enjoyed similar dishes at their previous location, so I'm not sure what changed, but this visit missed the mark. The wine was fine, but the bottle prices were shockingly high for a restaurant in a strip mall.

We had an 8:00 reservation on Sat nite and they were out on the 2 entrees we wanted to order; the faroe island salmon and the rigatoni with beef and mushrooms! They do not offer brewed iced tea which forces us to order a sugar sweetened non alcohol beverage and at a higher menu price. We have dined here before and it was good but last night was disappointing!

We went to the New/Old location of Tratto at Town and Country last night. It was truly like coming back home. We loved both locations but seeing familiar faces like Gerardo and Adrian as well as Erin, Alex and Chef Christa at the original spot was truly magical. The food was just as magical but that was to be expected. Chef Chris Bianco( and his entire crew) has the unique ability to make the simplest dishes incredibly delicious. We started with the little Gem Lettuce salad and a riff on their usual chicken livers....chicken liver pate with stone fruit jam. Then we split the Rigatoni with Ragu and the Chicken. We couldn't decide on which dessert but went with our guts and Gerardo's recommendation ordering the apple tart instead of the chocolate budino. Then in typical Tratto fashion he surprised us with both and of course they both were terrific. We can't recommend Tratto highly enough. Everyone we have taken there and those we have sent there all rave about it as we do. Thank you to all for a special evening.

First I applaud any chef that likes to be different from the norm. Unfortunately much wasn't to our taste. Their spritz is different with Cappelletti instead of Aperol (more cloying herbal finish). The $20/glass sparkling brut was okay. The frisée pear salad was very good though we would have liked more actual frisée. The cacio e pepe sauce was excellent and peppery but the pasta was half perfectly al dente while the rest was undercooked. The pork chops were good but the big disappointment was the fish was Faroe Island (aka farm raised) salmon. Anticipating a better fish (red snapper listed on open table) I settled for the mezzaluna ravioli which was average at best. Finally the chocolate budino was a nice pudding but the heavy olive oil flavor in the vanilla cream topping was overpowering. We enjoyed dining with an excellent server Gerardo after we moved from the original table we were offered within inches of the busy serving station. Seems quite popular for a cocktail and a quick bite from their limited menu.

We were in town for business and discovered this lovely gem by researching on the web. It was an amazing experience, delicious food and outstanding service. This one made my list of restaurants and will certainly be back when in town. Thank you!

We hadn't been to Tratto for six years and fortunately we were equally impressed with the food and service this time as we were in 2019. Just a lovely little space.
