Pretentious, overrated and uncomfortable. The limited menu has odd pairings. The salmon was cooked perfectly but the glaze was tart. The ravioli was inedible and the replacement pasta was under whelming. Can't understand why this is rated so highly.

Great food. This location is definitely smaller than old one and way more intimate and was a bit hard to find. We have been coming for years and hands down some of the best Italian food in the valley. Service is always great.
Another Bianco home run adjacent to the Pizza Restaurant on 20st St. Same vibe as the original restaurant new location. Great food, great staff.
Food and service where very good.
Nice atmosphere and quiet which seems rare these days.
Very enjoyable dinner

Tratto is a treasure to Arizona. Grateful for Bianco’s food. Cassidy was our server and made the whole dining experience one we won’t soon forget. Absolutely amazing!

Food and service were incredible. The doors were left open and it was very chilly inside. I wish the ravioli had more in it for the price. All was amazing otherwise.
Looked forward to eating here after a wonderful experience at the downtown pizzeria. Food was creative and Mr. Bianco was there to chat with the guests. Cacio de Pepe was creative as was the polenta.
So happy they are back at the old location, it is so cozy! And the food is just as amazing as ever, along with the all star service you would expect from Bianco hospitality!
We went to dinner here on 1/13 at 8:15pm. We had an older gentlemen as our server who was very rude and very pretentious. We had been to the old location several times but it was our first time at the new location. Every other time that we’ve been we have absolutely loved it. This time our server treated us like we just kicked his dog. I’m not sure why he was so miserable but it definitely ruined our experience and won’t be back.

First time visit. Very appreciative of how our server was aware of allergies for members of my party and was quick to point out the items that could be an issue. Our server also proceeded to explain the menu and answered questions. The overall experience was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Most of our dishes were exception. We inhaled the bread with whipped ricotta and honey as with the special, roasted carrot and house-made mozzarella. The gem lettuce salad was perfection as was the chicken liver paté appetizer. But we weren't thrilled with any of the three pastas available. The cacio e pepe was unusually heavy on black pepper for Tratto; the one with cranberry beans was dry and unappetizing; the ravioli was so heavy on lemon/citrus that it was hard to taste anything else. Server Cassidy was super great. Tables are set around the bar in one area and lively bar conversations make table conversation difficult. We liked Van Buren location better but will be back.
Every single visit reminds us why this is our go-to spot for date night when we’re in Phoenix. The food is consistently out of this world—thoughtful, elevated, and absolutely delicious—but what really sets Tratto apart is the service.
Our server, Cass, remembered us and remembered that I’m vegetarian, which honestly blew us away—especially considering we don’t even live in Phoenix. That level of care, attention, and genuine hospitality is rare and unforgettable.
From the atmosphere to the food to the phenomenal service, Tratto never misses. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel known, welcomed, and incredibly well-fed, this is it. We’ll keep coming back every time we’re in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cassidy was an amazing server. As good as the food, and the food was excellent. Food allergy aware and concern for one of our guests from multiple severs. We did family style and everything was very tasty. Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you.

There are not a huge variety of choices, but everything is excellent. My only negative is it was very noisy- hard to hear the person across the table.
Everything on their menu is fabulous! It's fun to go with a few friends and share. Lovely wine list but a short cocktail list, hopefully that will expand!
