Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I swear this is the worst location in the valley. I came here once to get an açaí bowl and specifically told them how I wanted it made and they messed up. I came back last night about 10 minutes to closing because the location closest to me closed down, again to get an acai bowl which is already premade. I guess they decide when they will or won’t make something because after rushing over there they said they were only making smoothies for the rest of the night.. I’m not wasting my time here anymore. I’ve been to SEVERAL tropical smoothie cafes but this one is the most incompetent out of all of them.

Was pretty bummed out to find out that this location doesn't give you the extra in the blender, when you add mix-ins and whey protein, most other smoothie places including the one up the street on Thunderbird and 43rd definitely give you the extra that you paid for. Was also told to tip at the register. Call me old school but I prefer for me to make that decision. Not for you to tell me. I will definitely be going to other location.

I made an online order like 3 weeks ago. Walked in they said they ran out of smoothies and would refund me. Waited a week absolutely nothing. Went back in store to get a refund and they had me fill out an online thing with a lot of questions and was there for about 10 minutes. Left thinking I would get my refund finally and two weeks later still nothing… never going back again most of the staff except one was rude and just wanted you out the door. This place still owes me a refund for not giving me the product that I paid for this is ridiculous.

The manager (Not owner) at this location is very rude; well, with a certain population as I quickly discovered. Please tell your manager that all people need to be treated with great customer service, not just the customers you deem as important. As a small business, the best advertisement is word of mouth and this interaction missed the mark. I refuse to spend my money on a place that does not value everyone. As a professional and a manager in a corporate environment, I expect better. Do better!

This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location and been extremely frustrated by the service. It says in big bold letters that it is a curbside pick up every time I have to sit and wait trying to figure out if my order was made or not and it’s in the DoorDash cubbies because no wants to bring it out to my car. Why offer a service if no one is going to follow through. For how much you spend on one smooth it’s a little ridiculous

Were not there for even 5 minutes and walked out due to bad customer service. No wonder the place was empty! The lady with the butterfly tattoo on the neck was not welcoming at all!

Came here while I was sick and could not find a drive thru anymore. Super disappointing I had to leave with nothing.

Ohh my goshhhh I'm so sad they closed the 1 by my house on 16st ,those people there were best customer service ever
