If I could give them a 0 star, I would.. My children ordered me the chicken bacon ranch flathead and when I started eating it, I learned the bacon was 100%uncooked.. My daughter called to advised them of this and the guy quickly dismissed what she said, saying that they do not undercook their bacon, and that there no managers on duty for us to speak with.. So we drove back up there with the uncooked bacon, then the guy had no choice but to accept that the bacon was TRULY uncooked and refunded our money.. I'll NEVER go there again!..

Worst looking and lacking sandwich I have ever gotten and paid almost 11.00 for 3 slices of lunch meat and a half of a half of slice of tomato. Old greasy cheese that looks like it's been left out all day and a few shreds of old lettuce. If I would have ate in store I would have returned it and got money back now stuck with this crap. I could have made this at home for this!

Is this how my açaí bowl supposed to be? I get my bowl and tried to dig in with the provided spoon, only to get resistance right under the fruit layer as hard as concrete! Turned out, the granola was literally a block of granola. I had to pull it out and literally break it up the best way I could. A Travesty and thoroughly disappointing! I will not return! I will go to somewhere else if this is the crap I will get here.

I ordered through Uber eats because I was feeling a smoothie bowl and I received my order WITH A LONG PIECE OF BLACK HAIR IN MY BOWL!!!!!! I was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!! Thankfully Uber eats replaced my whole order because Tropical Smoothie couldn’t do anything about it? Whoever is making the food should have their hair toed up and out of the way so this DOESNT HAPPEN AGAINNNN!!!!!
