You need to hire a more seasoned staff the young crew, including the team lead are horrible pieces of work that need to go and learn what Customer service is and not to throw money at their customers like they’re trash. After team, lee decided to argue with me at the window. When all I wanted was the district manager’s phone number whatever number they wrote down I believe is incorrect and wrong. I have never been so disrespected by young ladies old enough to be my daughter’s. names given at the window, Darlene and Mariah

When we went on your website, it stated that your business hours are 7 AM to 9 PM your dine in your drive-through hours are 7 AM to 10 PM when we arrived at the restaurant at 9:30. It was closed so the hours are false.

This was not a good experience. In the add I seen they make the bowl look like soft serve acai and the bottom half is frozen SOLID had to leave it sitting for 30 minutes before I could eat the last half. Doors are locked out front and only allow you to use drive through. Only 2 cars im drive through and waited 26 minutes to get a over priced frozen solid bowl.

My daughter recommend this place and she is spot on! The food is simple but good and fresh. Its nice to have a different option that has smoothies (other than smoothie king) plus light food (other than panera or mcallisters.) I downloaded the app because everyone was so nice. We'll definitely be back. I'm kinda sad i didn't make it in time to get my free welcome smoothie though.
Was able to order bowls online just to tell us they were out of those bowls when we picked up so had to wait until new bowls got made which was 15mins. I only order here when tmobile Tuesday offer is in effect. Other than that would never come by 🤷♂️

If I could give them a 0 star, I would.. My children ordered me the chicken bacon ranch flathead and when I started eating it, I learned the bacon was 100%uncooked.. My daughter called to advised them of this and the guy quickly dismissed what she said, saying that they do not undercook their bacon, and that there no managers on duty for us to speak with.. So we drove back up there with the uncooked bacon, then the guy had no choice but to accept that the bacon was TRULY uncooked and refunded our money.. I'll NEVER go there again!..
