The service always great and my smoothie tastes great as always but I was very disappointed that I ordered a wrap on the app and when I got there to pick it up they said they didn't have any of the vegan chicken. This is the second time this has happened and the first time it was at a different location.

Smoothie & service was great, but for TWO smoothies, it cost me a 20 dollar bill ? and THEN they ask for a tip for handing them out the drive through window to me? The reviews are SO critical of this place and it's obvious why, if you charge an absolute premium for something, you better roll out the red carpet, but instead you just get a smoothie and still bent over, you're gonna get critized on everything. If it didn't cost so much, you'd sell more, have a lot lower expectation and would have more customers to be happy AND I'd be more inclined to tip(still not really tho... It's a drive through). Happy with our smoothies today, but won't be back tomorrow ?♂️

I could believe I spent $18 on a burnt cheap fajita and a couple spoon full of corn and a blueberry shake. You can go sit down get free refills and a meal at restaurant for that price.

Very tacky to not include happy hour at this location. Every other location I’ve been to has happy hour where the smoothies are half off between 4 and 6.That’s what makes tropical smoothie so bomb! You’re gonna lose business because of this. Good luck

Ordered our smoothies at 1:05pm in the drive thru, drove up at the window and paid for the smoothies. No one came back over for 15 minutes and they asked what we ordered. It's been 5 minutes since then and still no smoothies. If you have time to waste this is the place to go. Maybe going in is different, but be prepared to wait over 25 minutes for a smoothie.
The girl named Itza or ditza, is a remarkably hard worker. She always gets my order right, includes napkins and silverware while making my order fresh and quick.Any problems people are having is due to Tropical smoothie refusing to pay a living wage, not the employees fault. Address your ridicule and complaints towards the CEO, not these hardworking young women who work for unsustainable wages. Tasty food, clean location and kind women workers.

Worst customer service. I wish I could give 0 star. Went to pick up an online order 3minutes before closing time. Staff locked the door before me going there. Didn't hand over my order or didn't show the courtesy to tell me they can't give my order.
