Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The drink I ordered is listed as a smoothie. What I received, as evidence in the photo, is a slushy. Turns out I paid nearly $9 for pineapple flavored ice. I see no reason to return.

To the owner: there are enough reviews citing quality control issues that you are for sure aware of it AND are allowing it to continue. You are stealing from your customers by advertising one product, charging for that product, and then providing a far inferior product. The Mango Madness that I ordered listed yogurt as an ingredient and I can say WITH ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that there wasn’t a drop of yogurt in the slushy I received. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying to and ripping off customers!

There was a young lady who was on their first day and I thought she did a good job when I was there. Not from the area so food looked good and the only other thing that would make the experience better was more chicken I the burrito. Not sure if it's a just how they are made but other than that solid. Good service.

Not even open when they say they are, rude staff when it is. Currently avoid this location until they get their situation handled.

want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Niam. Not only did he craft an absolutely amazing salad, but he also provided outstanding customer service that truly stood out. From the moment I approached the counter he greeted me warmly and made me feel like a valued customer, if every employee displayed the same level of care and professionalism as Niam, dining out would always be a joy I hope his efforts are recognized as he’s truly a standout employee. Thank you Niam for making my day brighter with your kindness and skill!

Not great. We got the Acai bowl and the Bahama Mama bowl and they were awful. They pack this tiny bowl with mostly a crumbled granola bar. The Acai base is just a hard puck at the bottom for both of our bowls and we couldn't even eat it with the toppings/granola. The fruit was not ripe, the strawberrys were crunchy and tasteless. We didn't even finish them. We won't be back.

I really like this spot. I'm not sure about other locations, but this Tropical Smoothie Cafe is small and located in a busy shopping center.
It's usually busy, which is a good sign.
I've not had any food or smoothies from here that didn't taste good. It's also a healthier choice.
You'll spend less money here on a smoothie that will fill you up, than you will at McDonald's. Your body and mind will also thank you for the better choice.

I used to love this place and frequented 3-4 times a week, until today, my fiancé went to pick up our orders which we were missing one item, instead of correcting, the girls argued that my fiancé was wrong and refused to provide the item even after I sent emails showing proof of what I had ordered, the girl refused to even look at the emails then begrudgingly said she wasn’t going to argue & made the item. In the meantime, a half hour has passed and the smoothie turned into juice and the food items cold, they refused to remake for us.
Customer service is huge for me and this was a great disappointment because the food/smoothies are good but bad customer service is a deal breaker for me, I will not be back again. ✌🏼
