Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Its been over a month everytime i pick up an order they never have any cup holders they always say we ran out 😂

I got the detox smoothie and has ginger root pineapple spinach, and kale and banana. Very big portion. Definitely fills you up. Nice and smooth and tasty. Then I have their turkey bacon sandwich on ciabatta bread that was warm and tender bread. Very delicious. I will definitely be coming back and bringing some company.

I came in 15 minutes before close and felt horrible about it. The worker who had red hair was so kind to me and made my experience so pleasant despite me probably being a burden. She was lovely

Don't really understand why you'd only have 2 workers on a promotional day ... it also shouldn't take upwards of 25 minutes to make a couple flatbreads imo.

This is probably one of the worst tropical cafes that I have been too. We had placed an online order at 1pm. Order said ready at 1:45. We get there and there’s no one being helped. One girl in the back making food with her hair down wiping her snot that is dripping down her nose and then proceeding to cook more food. The lady in the front is completely clueless about how to handle a busy lobby. Doing dishes when she has a line out the door, talking on the phone while dealing with customers. Turn off your phone and attend to the customers, I understand you have a sale going on but you should have prepared for that. This tropical smoothie needs to be shut down instead of the one off bell. Completely disgusting and disappointing, 2 hours for a goddamn smoothie and boogers in my food. This store needs attention.

The drink I ordered is listed as a smoothie. What I received, as evidence in the photo, is a slushy. Turns out I paid nearly $9 for pineapple flavored ice. I see no reason to return.

To the owner: there are enough reviews citing quality control issues that you are for sure aware of it AND are allowing it to continue. You are stealing from your customers by advertising one product, charging for that product, and then providing a far inferior product. The Mango Madness that I ordered listed yogurt as an ingredient and I can say WITH ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that there wasn’t a drop of yogurt in the slushy I received. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying to and ripping off customers!

There was a young lady who was on their first day and I thought she did a good job when I was there. Not from the area so food looked good and the only other thing that would make the experience better was more chicken I the burrito. Not sure if it's a just how they are made but other than that solid. Good service.

Not even open when they say they are, rude staff when it is. Currently avoid this location until they get their situation handled.

Says open until 9:00. Went at 8:30 and lights were off, door was locked.
