I like the chain as a whole but every time I come to this specific location they seem to hate their lives lol. Plus the quality and product outcome at this location is super hit or miss, I order the same thing every time and get something that looks and tastes completely different each time here? not bad but not great either

Ordered grubhub from here and we are not new to acai bowls, for the price, they are half the size any other place, the fruit was barely sliced and it was soup when we got them.

Took over 15 minutes to get my order. The lady mumbled and seemed to be upset and didn’t want to talk to me much. Gave everyone their order personally. Made me walk up. Cooked mine after everyone else left that came after me.

Went in today during lunch and was helped by Robert A., my card got declined and I searched for my debit card to pay but I couldn’t find it. My friend got her drink and they came out with two! Robert had rang me up anyways and gave me my drink! I really appreciate the gesture and am very appreciative of the kindness, you don’t see this much anymore

Great food but they need to value people’s time a little more. 30 mins to make 4 sandwiches is crazy (checked my receipt to make sure I wasn’t exaggerating). They weren’t busy and weren’t understaffed, they were just taking being on “Tropical time” a little too literally.

First off I understand when a business is busy and understaffed. I have no issues waiting on my order when this happens. What I don't have any patience for is extremely rude employees. I placed my order on the app. Showed up 2 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. There were 6 other people in the lobby. One man was from a food delivery service and asked the person at the register how long the order would be because if it was longer than 5 mins they would have to cancel. She responded she didn't really know, but would guess around 10 minutes. He cancelled and left. A woman with her daughter was trying to tell her daughter they had to go somewhere else because they were taking too long. I just stood to the side and waited. I looked at the screen and saw that my order had one more in front of me. I stood to the side of a puddle of smoothie that was splattered all over the floor. The employee with the long blue hair (that wasn't secured) who was making the food was finishing up on two bowls. When she was done, she put them in the cubbies and turned back around. Not a word. A man behind me looked at the order and said "excuse me" 3 times and the woman just ignored him. Finally on the fourth time she finally just stared at him and he asked if that was all of the order, she just said 'it's what's on the tag'. He asked if there was any way to see if there was anything else (i'm guessing he was also a food delivery service). She just repeated "it's what's on the tag". During this time the woman at the register was making smoothies. I could tell that they were part of my order. She brought them to the cubbies and said "for Stephanie, sorry for the wait" I said "no worries, thank you". I then waited for my food. The blue haired woman placed a bag next to where the smoothies were. I looked in the bag and saw that an item was missing. I said "excuse me" 5 times, then just said "can you please stop ignoring me I know you hear me" and then she turned around. I said "is this for Stephanie". She replied, "If I put it next to the smoothies it is". I then said "I'm missing the sweet potatoes though." her reply "it's because i'm not done yet." then she went to make another flatbread, then reached over and grabbed my sweet potato side walked over and put them in the bag. I then asked for her name. She just said "we're busy" I replied. I'm asking for your name, if you can reply with 'We're busy, you can say your name." She then turned around and walked away. Like I said, I understand being busy and understaffed, but this customer service was absolutely atrocious.

I ordered a mango magic and it was literally the worst ever and was waaay too sour I went back and asked why is it that sour as if the mango was going bad(respectfully of course) the girl said to me this what you ordered while giving me a look with her coworker. Like i didn’t pay almost $9 for a bad drink.

I thought the food was great, the place is clean, and the service was good. I have had a wrap and an acai bowl and liked both of them. I am glad that we have a healthy opinion like this in the neighborhood because there are only a handful around. I don't understand why it only has 3 stars. I went in and ordered, I did not order online or call ahead, it only took like 10 minutes or less to make. I will go back.
