Every time I come I have to wait on my order and I'll order it 10-15 minutes before I even get here which makes no sense. On how slow they work no matter the hour aside from this one yound lady with big curly hair and another older gentlemen which I'm not even sure if he works here anymore. On top of the smoothies always poorly made. Then the audacity to ask for tips on the app is actually hilarious

I went in for a banana because I forgot mine at home. Charge was $2.70…..for a banana. I can get organic banana bunch for that. So I went for a smoothie.
Peanut butter paradise- disgusting, not what I expected.
I Couldn’t taste the peanut butter.. most likely it’s powdered peanut butter? Can’t taste the yogurt either nor the banana.
It was very sweet which was off putting. Not worth $10.80.I won’t go back…ever.

I think it was around 10.80 for my drink, decent portion though. I don't go to tropical smoothie like ever. I haven't tasted many things on the menu. Probably been 2-3 whole times including this time. The smoothie I got (Peanut Paradise) wasn't great. The peanut butter I think is peanut butter powder, which I didn't like the flavor of. Hard to describe but it just tasted weird and off. No strong protein flavor which is good, but the only thing saving it is the banana. Probably wouldn't finish it, except I paid for it and hate wasting food. Customer service wasn't horrible, but also wasn't great. The dining area seems well cleaned and taken care of. Smelled like good savory food when I walked in. Bathroom was dirty with trash full when I went in. Not running to come back. Also wouldn't necessarily recommend as I've been to much better smoothie places.

We have the tropical smoothie app for our Moving Company! This comes in clutch because we can get a healthy drink on the go.
This location was real nice and clean. A lot more workers at this location. No drive thru
Terrible. Been going to this tropical smoothie for months and never had an issue until these last few months. Customer service has been trash honestly ever since the white supervisor Robert has quit. I’ve continue to keep going to this place because it’s local and I love their smoothies, but I can’t stand. Their new employees must be under new management !! I miss the nice Hispanic cashiers the black girl that always patient and nice.
Now it’s been rude staff and they blame you for not listening to the correct order now they want to refuse service because one of your rude employees ( he’s a black guy).
Keep in mind I love this place, it just seems to me that they’re under new management and new employees and that’s gonna cause them to get bad reviews all year.

The entire staff acts like your existence is unknown to them and after they finally take the hint you’re ready, they huff, puff and act like you’re the biggest inconvenience. This is when it was empty. Get better employees because this was a joke. Never returning and will let others know

Your staff is too rude. I walked in to place an order all 3 young ladies looked at me standing in the register didn't day anything and turn back. I asked them if I can place an order. A girl with the name of Nohemi helped me and was completely rude and annoyed that I was placing an order. My food was sloppy and the detox green was completely off. $16 down the drain with this food. I used to love this food.

I visited this location 3 times this week to use all the cupons that send via mail. I used to be a fan of this place. But lately the service is horrible all the young ladies working morning are rude. My food is always sloppy and the smoothie is always missing an ingredient. Definitely not coming back.
