Quality ingredients, but not made as ordered (meat not cooked as ordered & toppings were wrong). Friendly staff, but order was wrong for half of our family. At almost $20 per burger, the execution should be stellar; TRU was mediocre. One-timer for our family.

I had the jalapeño burger ? topped with a fried half jalapeño! The patti was cooked just the way I asked medium rare! Veggies were fresh and crisp. Cheese was melted just right. 2 things that I wish would be changed the burgers are priced what you would expect, but they don't come with frys. You have to pay extra for frys or any side. That makes your plate way to much compared to other similar places. The other thing would be to have the sauce on the burger have a little more flavor. The burger was kind of a little more plain than I would expect from a jalapeño burger. No spice to it at all. No heat! Other than that the burger was a 6.5 out of 10. Oh yeah almost forgot loved ? that they toasted the buns! Wish all places did that. Over all I give the place 5 out of 5 stars.Parking: Small parking lot. Side street parking on a busy night I could imagine you might have to park down the street.

I often see a menu online and in person with pictures of the food that looks amazing just to be greeted by a plate of garbage. We were hungry and this place popped up as a good burger place nearby. We ordered and we're pleasantly surprised when the plates hit the table with food looking better than what the menu showed! Aiden and Dayvon were both friendly and on top of the game getting our order and checking back frequently to make sure everything was good and our drinks were full! The burgers were cooked perfectly and we got real bacon, not that bacon flavored paper everyone serves nowadays. Even though we don't live in the area this place is a our new stop for food wherever we're out here! For sure a must try if you love burgers!!

This place was so nice! Aiden and Dayvon both were our servers. If one was busy they worked together amazingly! They brought our food out and it looked just like the menu! Tasted even better as the burger was hot, bun was soft, bacon was crisp and wow! The beef was Grand Canyon! Literally the most flavor I've ever experienced. We chose the garlic parm fries for a side and they didn't dissapointed! Perfect meal topped with a big glass of filtered water iced tea! I am super picky about the taste of my tea ! Wont dissapoint!
So they apparently need to work on their timing. 1 appetizer was brought out after the meal, the reason was they cook everything fresh. Okay, fine but if an appetizer is going to take 30 mins then tell us. The food was way overpriced for what we received. Flavors not there, all the sauces and extras don't work if you burger is way under seasoned. And the sauces were underwhelming with no depth of flavor. We had 2 servers vying for our attention or tips, and neither communicated with the other or got our order right the first time. Multiple requests for drink refills and still waiting.. A lot of this would have been understandable if they had been busy but there was only 10 people eating there including us. This is a shame. We had been there just before covid and enjoyed the experience. This time not at all. It's a shame.
These are some of the best burgers in PHX. Juicy, cooked to order, crispy yummy fries. Lots of bacon on it if you want it...can have it just the way you like it. We come here regularly. Beef is high quality and buns are moist. The servers are super nice. A great neighborhood place. Price is reasonable and we appreciate it! Wonderful!

It was an exceptionally long day, and all we wanted was a good burger and a cold beer. They more than delivered!!!! Amazing service and the burgers were amazing!!!! We ended up staying three hours just relaxing and enjoying!!!!
