Have been coming to this location at least once or twice a week for about a year as I live right across the street. Have had excellent service from waitresses such as Eden, Frankie, and Kaidyn. However, About a month ago I had the misfortune of being served by Kayla, and swore I’d never be back. She was arrogant, pushy, and disrespectful. Tonight I returned hoping that I wouldn’t experience something similar. Lo and behold, Kayla was my server again. Quite literally have never felt more unwelcome, rushed, and disrespected. Just a wildly unpleasant experience all around. Will not be back, which is a shame because I considered this to be my local watering hole. Management please take note that Kayla falls far below the high standard that your other servers keep.

Mariah is the best. Great service and an even better smile. She always makes sure we are taken care of, even when she’s not our server.
Reiha is a great hostess. She’s always smiling and helpful. She runs drinks and food when the hostess station is empty.

Mariah has been the best. Even after she had to move sections she kept coming by and checking on us.

Ari and Nyrah are the class of this place. The Chipotle Chicken is the best meal I’ve had since moving to the Valley a year ago. Get here!

My first experience at Twin Peaks…

Ari and Nyran hosted me at the bar…

Ari was spectacular - attentive; charming and efficient!
Nyran was also amazing - Friendly, subtle elegance and engaging!

I Will definitely recommend this place and give those girls a 5 star rating and a raise!

Deer Valley location: First off the manager Sheila is horrible at customer service. I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered Bacon Ranch and they gave me regular ranch. The manager assured me that she packed it herself and it is bacon ranch. I informed her that I have had the bacon ranch before and they gave me regular ranch. I also paid $7 for asparagus and they gave me 3 stalks and it was cold. All I wanted was a small credit to my account for the order being wrong. The manager told meā€ you ordered through uber so you will need to contact them for a refundā€. Twin Peaks needs to do a class on proper customer service and get a new manager. Horrible!

So I started off with waitress that wear white glasses and she was very rude, she ended up switching me to Jadey and it was light night and day. She was very pleasant and continued to check on my as I sat at the bar. Funny thing is I watch the chick with the glasses greet a Caucasian couple totally different than she did me. I would NEVER go back to this establishment unless Jadey is working....

We were here visiting from NY (1/4/25) and LOVED it. We normally come to AZ 1-2 a year and have never came here until today ! I have to give a HUGE compliment to Micah. She was attentive, professional and friendly. Thank you so much for your above and beyond service to us! We look forward to visiting more!

Our first bartender was rude and seemed upset that we happened to simply exist, showing up at the bar. Thankfully a different bartender sort of took over and she seemed a little nicer but that first impression left a sour mark and I doubt I'd ever come back to this Twin Peaks location.

I am giving this place 1 star, not for the food, but because of the awful service. I visited from Georgia and came in for the first time after being encouraged to do so. When we walked in, no one greeted us, and we waited a long time for someone to acknowledge us. Eventually, we were seated, but again, nobody paid attention to us. When we asked about our service, we were informed that we were in a closed section. However, I didn’t choose that table! Finally, when a waitress did come to our area, she went straight to a table across from us that had just been seated. I am very disappointed!

This is a regular spot for us. We spend a significant amount of money in this establishment. However customer service should be number 1 in every company, but a hospitality establishment and or company should absolutely go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. I work for a company that prides themselves on how to take care of their people! We had a new server in training who should have had more help for our large party. Then when we were double charged for food and alcohol we were accused of not wanting to pay, cussed out by the manager and the police were called. After spending close to $1000 the manager had the nerve to disrespect our entire party and not actually manage the situation, calmly discuss the options at hand while also training her new person how to also manage a mistake and manage large parties. I get it that we are all looking for good people to fill crucial roles in our companies, but let’s be better and a little pickier on management qualities. Cops were then called, we had to pay for a bill that wasn’t even ours after the threat of cops being called. This is uncalled for and should have never escalated to any of that! You manage a bar! BE BETTER!!
