So I travel a lot. I have heard of this place a few times but I have never been. Once I saw that it was located close to my hotel, I decided to check it out. I took a walk for about 30 minutes. I was in Phoenix AZ, so the heat definitely hit different. I was excited for a cool drink and some good food to take with me to my hotel. I go inside and was greeted by the hostess at the stand. She let me know that I could make my to-go order at the bar since I wanted a drink while I waited. I take the only available seat and sit down. I had a menu and I quickly decided what I wanted. I watched the atmosphere and the 2 ladies behind the bar. The guy I sat next to, had ordered a drink a received it while I was there. I continued to wait. A couple of gentlemen that already had beers were getting seconds or thirds, I just realized that I was at the bar with no drink and had not been acknowledged. I kept checking my watch for how long I sat there. Five minutes goes one to 8 minutes and I haven't even gotten a hello from either of the bartenders. As I said, the guy right next to me got a drink within minutes of me sitting down. After 12 minutes, another guy comes to the bar to sit, and a coaster was brought to him, and he was welcomed, and he was able to order a drink. Once I realized that I was being ignored, I brought it to the management's attention. He offered me a free drink but it never happened. I paid full price and he gave me an apology. The excuse that the servers gave him was that I was looking at the menu and didn't hear them speak to me. Such a crock!! Neither one of them came over to speak to me at all!! I only paid for food because the server that was sent to me was nice and I was hungry and tired by this time. They should do better and not be catty females. That is the only explanation that I could make sense of as to why I was ignored. I wasn't coming in cute and adorable. I was definitely looking like I needed some water, so I wasn't taking anything from the scenery of the bar. I also don't look broke since I was wearing jewelry and had beats earbuds. I had clearly come from a workout and that was it!!

I came to TP Camelback with my daughter. We were attended by Eden, who is relatively new. Her service, attitude, and welcoming smile were impeccable. Her ability to anticipate what we needed was amazing! She is an excellent addition to the wonderful service staff there.Parking: Easy to find parking--free.Kid-friendliness: Adult atmosphere.
Camilla was great on top of her game on such a crazy busy fight night! We appreciate her hard work and pleasantness. Cami, stay beautiful and keep on hustling!Parking: Normally, there’s no parking issue. Even arriving late on fight night I managed to get one right away.

Been coming here for years. Finally they got a competent friendly bartender.Tanya was excellent probably the hardest working person in the building. She actually knows how to talk to costumers and makes sitting at the bar fun again. Hopefully some of the other servers take notes not only on her costumer service but her bar and cocktail skills. She made a custom multi-step cocktail with easy and style.Can’t wait to see her behind the bar again

Whitney, Kiara, and Kameron were literally heaven sent. Angels? Yes. Attentive and energetic. Kameron took above and beyond care of us at the table. Returned to the bar after dinner somewhere else because of Kameron! Whitney and Kiara took attentive care at the bar and both brought drinks promptly. Great experience. Highly recommend twin peaks because of these three staff members.
