Twisted Sugar - Phoenix, Legacy Village

Stopped by to pick up an order for TGTW and was grossed out by the very dirty windows, door and eating areas. The service was fast and the cookies WERE DELICIOUS!! I gave them a 4 on service because the gal couldn't identify the cookies in the order and there was very loud acid rock music playing from the back area.?? Maybe a tribute to the shop's name "TWISTED SUGAR"

1st time: did a search for Ice Cream and tada. Cookie selection and drink selection is insane. Limited selection on Ice Cream though. I believe only 6 flavors. The lady was very nice. Come to find out it's her last day. Too bad, very customer service friendly. No public restrooms, so ifbyou are lactose indifferent ?? then you may want to take it to go. Ok on parking since there are a ton of vendors within walking distance of this spot.

I tried this place tonight for the first time because it came up on the 2G2G app. I had never heard of it before but it’s literally a mile from my house and honestly looked so good. When I got to the store I saw this huge drink menu and the specialty cookies and knew that I found a gem. I got my order (it was two crinkle cookies and 6 chocolate chip) and the girl behind the counter was so attentive and sweet. I know I’ll have to come back to try the fancy sodas soon when it’s not 8:30pm, and after trying the cookies, I’ll definitely have to come back and order another batch. It’s so cool that you guys are so close to me; and I’m super glad I discovered you.

Cookies are tasty but really under baked. And you can't bake them any further unless you scrape off the topping, which I did, and it helped. But it was really messy. The Shimmy was super yummy

Cookies were decent but the shop was absolutely in bad shape. Air seemed to broken and there were aunts crawling alongside the wall where the menu is. That is disguising considering that is a food environment. I told the worker that there were aunts and she responded with oh geez…

I stumbled onto Twisted Sugar through TooGoodToGo, and wow, what a find! Never actually set foot in the store outside of the app, but I've managed to try their whole menu thanks to the app. Let me tell you, these cookies are something else. Every single flavor I've had has been knock-your-socks-off good. If you're into Crumbl, you've got to give these guys a shot. Seriously, grab a deal on TooGoodToGo if you can - your taste buds will thank you, and you'll feel good about saving some perfectly good cookies from going to waste. Trust me, it's a win-win!

In addition to indulgent cookies, they have specialty drinks, twisters (ice cream smoothies), & even gluten free options. The store was clean and my raspberry whip twister was the perfect pick me up on a very hot day.
