I forgot to get the waitress's name. But she was absolutely amazing. She was super attentive the whole time and listened to my son. He told her if he could, he'd give the place 30 stars.

The staff here is definitely what made this breakfast memorable . We sat for hours and they didn't rush us or have an sort of attitude . The food was awesome too ! The coffee was strong ( definitely needed that ) and everything was clean . It didn't feel greasy or gross anywhere . The parking lot was full but still had some spots available ,that was helpful to say the least

Went to a late breakfast with a friend. We were seated as soon as we walked in, had a wonderful waitress, and male server. My favorite thing about U.S. Egg is they leave a whole carafe of coffee at your table, and they still come back and check on you!

Took my sons to breakfast on Sunday. We’d never been here before so I decided to take a chance because of the fact that they have a gluten free menu. They were very busy when we arrived but we were seated quickly and our server was very friendly!
The gluten free French toast was good and the gluten free menu had a nice amount of items to choose from.

This place is really gone downhill

The prices are very high and they hit you with a 2.9% processing fee which is ridiculous whether you use debit or credit.

The food was mediocre at best.

The atmosphere is very old and tired. Who has carpet in a restaurant anymore. That's gross.

The young waiter was great so service was good the people are nice but the food is overpriced and marginal at best.

I hope someone high up at US egg reads this. My husband and I have been coming to your restaurant for almost 10 years, we have dined at multiple different locations. The food is always delicious which keeps us coming back. That being said, this location on Bell is not the best. First of all, there is a disgusting sewage smell when they seat you in the back area by the bathrooms, it’s really so gross it makes me lose my appetite. Second, the service is so slow! We went there today and we waited 45 mins for our meals. The place was empty I do not know what the hell took so long. We were never offered an apology or anything, no one including our server ever even acknowledged the amount of time we were waiting. It was not acceptable. I did not ever see a manager walking around, I don’t know what happened but for 45 mins I sat in your restaurant smelling that nasty sewage smell waiting for my food 🤢🤢🤮. Please US egg, either update that location or close it and move into the west valley! We have to drive from Surprise to eat at your restaurant and now I refuse to go back to this location so we are stuck driving even further. Surprise does not have a good breakfast place, you guys would make a killing! Please!!

Do not order the Sonora breakfast burrito! It was horrible, tasted more like the can the ingredients came in than anything else. It contained at least 1/2 an onion, a whole can of green chilies, and chorizo that honestly tasted like really cheap corned beef. There was not even one egg worth of egg inside. The whole thing was rolled up and placed in a dish with very bland canned salsa poured on top, then a layer of cheese. When it reached the table it was so soggy the tortilla had disintegrated into paste. Cheers to the waitress who removed it from the check. Consider yourself warned.

Sat me and my 2 teens in the back. Forgot about us. 20 min wait for syrup and oj. Did not get an apology or reason. Wasn't crowded. 2nd time eating here. Will not be back ever again.
