Upper Crust Pizza, Patio & Wine Bar

I ordered a pick up pizza and showed up 10 minutes before it was to be ready. It was already done, I didnt get a text that it was finished. I orderd the pizza well done cause I hate wet crust when the sauce soaks through. The pizza was lukewarm when I got the handoff. It was a very underwhelming pizza. I live close by, and will stil come in but your game needs to be elevated.

I came here with a group of friends. We had a really nice margarita pizza and appetizers in the lounge and we loved our server Niko. HE WAS AWESOME. but when the music became so loud we couldn’t hear one another we decided to have dessert and bring it to their patio to enjoy and be able to hear one another. About ten minutes go by and a man came out and lit up a cigarette right next to us. I then immediately turn to look for no smoking signs and there was IN FACT a no smoking sticker by the patio door. I asked him to please refrain and go to the parking lot to smoke and he told me in all the time he’s been coming to upper crust it has always been a smoking patio and he wasn’t going to move. I then walked inside and asked the one employee I could find and asked for her assistance in the matter. She then ARGUED WITH ME that their patio is in a fact a smoking patio and tried to argue that it wasn’t posted as non smoking. I asked her to please follow me to HER WORK PLACE PATIO to show her. After she saw the sign she shrugged her shoulders and again says OUR PATIO IS A SMOKING PATIO. I then said they should remove the false stickers from their building. (Trying to enjoy their butter cake while cigarette smoke is being blown up our noses was UNPLEASANT 😒)

Great place. Great food. But their advertised “no smoking” patio IS in fact a smoking patio and for that I give 3 ⭐️.

We found this place on google maps one night as we were driving home.

We found their pizzas very good and nicely prepared.

Since we attend a lot of evening performances and sporting events...if we have a desire for a late night pizza....they have become our go to place.

What we do, is when we're leaving the event, we call and place our order...then pick it up on our way home....
Most of the time, there's less than a five minute wait which is great cause you know the pizza just came out of the oven..

Really enjoyed the food here! We’ve lived near by for years and finally decided to try it out since we had some guests in town but really recommend. Very quick service for pickup and really tasty. Even have gluten free options! Will definitely be eating here again!

We have been ordering pizza from Upper Crust for over 10 years. The quality has gone wayy downhill. Our pizza last night was burned, hardly any sausage and it was $31. We are finding a new pizza place.

Food is good but hearing employee (Michelle) complain about a blind customer not tipping...."do i have to box up his pizza when he didn't tip me?" Is rather disgusting. We won't be back based on that alone. And they don't have waitress service... she was a cashier.

I visited Upper Crush Pizza today, and Marissa greeted me with amazing hospitality. The pizza is absolutely delicious, and each slice has a perfectly crispy crust.

We have been coming here for many years. Ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was completely soggy, Sent it back for appetizer meatball sliders. Waited 20 minutes never came out. Canceled order. Paid the bill and then the sliders came out. Don't know what's going on hope it changes. Don't know when we will be back.

Showed up for the Ohio State/Michigan game. Just wish the Buckeyes football team showed up to play. Good beer choices and the crust on the Pizza is fantastic.

Pizza and house red was great. Server was friendly. Atmosphere in the lounge was very back east and comfortable. Nice way to enjoy a game or two.
