I have been going to this restaurant for years with my family and the service has gone downhill. Tonight started with bringing out a salad with no dressing, to charging my credit card for another tables bill, to waiting 10 minutes to sort it out, then not providing a receipt to see what was charged the 2nd time so I have no idea if I paid the correct bill. The real kicker was they took down my license plate and called the police and said my son didn't look like he knew me and asked the police to do a wellness check on my son so the police showed up at my house. When I called to talk to the manager she denied she called and blamed it on a woman patron at the restaurant. As a local resident it is safe to say I will never go back to this place and will make it a point to tell everyone I know about my experience tonight.

It's been awhile since I've gone to this place. Food is still good. I guess after COVID they have less servers and closed off most of the bar area for lunch goers. There isn't a lot of staff on site and it's usually quiet instead of the usual noisy lunch place.

I absolutely LOVE this pizza. They have been able to find the perfect balance between a thinner crust and savory sauce. The restaurant is about 15 miles from my house, but the drive is worth it!

I normally don't do a thin crust pizza because bread is life and is so good but this place has shown me that thin crust is just as good as normal crust the people their were friendly and super helpful. Overall a very good place to go.

Unfortunately when you order online from their website they contract their delivery to a third party (Slice) that absolutely sucks. Called the store to find out where my pizza was after an hour and half wait, walked outside to make sure our lights were on and low and behold there is an very cold pizza sitting on our sidewalk, about 10’ from our front door. No doorbell, no knock. Called upper crust and they basically said they couldn't do anything because the order was placed through a third party, even though it was on their website. Will never order from them and will also make sure any future orders are not placed through Slice. They did give me Slices phone number to call. They said the most they could refund was 25% of order.
I used to love this place! Great food. But went last night & it was even slow, but the pizza was burned and the server didn’t like that I pointed it out. Replaced it with a much smaller pizza, also over cooked. She basically threw my 2nd drink on the table, spilling it everywhere & didn’t say a word. Sad to see it go downhill so badly.
