Decor was nice. Staff was awful. Hostess was condescending and not accommodating. Told us they had reservations for the booth that we made a reservation on. Didn't even apologize or try to make it right. Server seemed like they should work at Applebees. No personality and just blah. Asked them to clean up the grease from bone marrow Al they did was smear it all over the table. I've had some bad experiences but this is definitely top 3. Would never go back!!

2nd time going to Flint and it didn't disappoint . Highly suggest the octopus and the pork chop . Our waitress gave us 2 desserts on the house in honor of Mothers Day . First visit they gave us 2 free desserts in honor of our daughters birthday . Great food and service

We visited the upstairs at Flint for the first time, and enjoyed a wonderful evening. There was live music on the patio, by a single guitarist, who did a great job of singing a variety of kinds of music. Our waitress was cheerful and attentive. The view, and the ambience up there were really nice. I would highly recommend it for a cocktail hour!

We visited FLUNT by Baltaire for Mother's Day brunch and they did not disappoint. The quality of the food and assortment of the offerings were excellent, the fresh seafood was over the top, abundant, lobster tails, king crab, huge shrimp, crab “lollipops” and the freshest, most delicious oysters I have had in a very long time....everything was plentiful and a very nice presentation. The prime rib and roasted lamb were prepared perfectly. I'm not normally a fan of lamb, but I gave it a try and it was prepared perfectly (not gamey at all), kudos to the chef! We observed the kitchen staff and managers replenishing food items to ensure freshness throughout the brunch. Our server Jenna was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the menu, as was all of the staff we came in contact with including the bar staff, the carving station chef and hostesses. Thank you for putting out quality food and a lovely brunch!

Food, service were exceptional but, not quite sure why the price tag for the buffet today? I work at a fine dining steakhouse in Scottsdale and just wasn't sure how they got there? Still, great meal for Mother's Day.

Attended Mother's Day brunch 2024. Party of 6. Buffet style brunch. The resorts just seem to get more disappointing with food every year. Prices also increase. We gave Flint a try. The seafood section consisted of half lobster tails, jumbo shrimp, crab legs, and oysters. Simply amazing! Traditions eggs, bacon, sausage were all great. Prime rib and rack of lamb were also fantastic. Highly recommend!

It is a great location. Our bartender Jayden was super friendly and prompt with service. The bar with the cushion (I guess for your arms to rest on?) is too high for 1) the patrons---the chair is not tall enough, makes this very uncomfortable and 2) those working there who have to try to reach over to serve or clean. The chandeliers seem out of place. Our drinks were good and we'd probably come back for the service and the fun views.

Came for my wife‘s birthday. First and foremost every item was delicious. Both drinks the short rib hummus, artichokes, and the burratta. Also the Basque cheesecake was phenomenal. But the real star of the show was Jenna our server. She was wonderful. Every suggestion was on point and she was so attentive. Please pass along my sincere thank you for a wonderful evening and we will certainly be back

Beautiful restaurant and lovely ambiance. The food was wonderful (I had the salmon and my husband had scallops) both were prepared perfectly. Everything was very tasty and beautifully presented. The appetizer we had, short rib hummus and pita, was delightful. I highly recommend this location.

Really good service. Food was really good even though prices seemed kinda steep, especially for a cocktail. ? The grilled artichoke is something I can rarely find. So glad I found a place that makes an amazing grilled artichoke, will definitely be back.

Me and a friend visited the rooftop bar on a Saturday evening. We were able to find seats right away. Service was a bit slow because waiters were busy running food, bartending and taking orders. Other than that everything was great. Food and drinks were delicious and came out quickly after we ordered. Definitely give this place a try.

Love Flint. Service and atmosphere is great but for some reason the food was so salty it just overwhelmed the taste. I had the fried chicken and octopus and didn't enjoy it. Other dishes oysters and prime rib with hummus was delicious. Cocktails and wine were great. Just wished I could have enjoyed the other food items.

We stopped for a night cap and ended up having few tasty appetizers. Beautiful setting. We sat at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and quite attentive. The food came fast. Very good selection of cocktails and wine. Overall very pleasant atmosphere. The music was not too loud and we could still carry a conversation among us. The parking is underground and make sure you validate your ticket at the bar.

I took my friend her for her birthday! My husband and I had tried Easter brunch (which was top notch BTW) and I wanted to try dinner service. Jenna A was a great server! Her recommendations were spot on and we appreciated her guidance throughout the meal. Both Flint and Jenna made my friend's birthday super special. Thank you so much! Would recommend the octopus, salmon kabobs, house made pasta, and all the desserts ;)!

We have been to Flint By Baltaire a number of times and it never fails to disappoint. The food is innovative and is just delicious. It is a "go to" for us and we highly recommend it. It has a fun bar scene also!
