Came here during convention hours. The line moved pretty quickly considering how busy it was. If i had more time, I likely wouldn't have come to eat here, but overall, I was satisfied. Got a free fortune cookie too ?

Zero explanation on food items from crew, just an instruction to tap my card to pay. I ordered x2 fried rice, it's supposed to be $4 each. Got charged $30 dollars and had to stand and wait for an offer of a partial refund which I refused. Then I got a full refund, which I have no proof of. Just a verbal promise that I was refunded $20. The foods bland and the service is bad. This is ridiculous.

The food was bland Fried rice was dry teriyaki chicken was rubbery and slimy Orange chicken was okay but the noodles were also kind of gross. Overall would not recommend also made our stomach hurt after and very overpriced

Wow. Just the absolute worst. Took one bite off the orange "chicken" and took it back for a refund. $14 for stale rice and a few small balls of something that tasted nothing like chicken or orange. About the worst thing I've ever had at a "restaurant".

Read the reviews. Long wait times and awful food. There are many better options on site. Try the pizza or the tenders. Both very good. Can't say I'll be back. Avoid.
Dishes are way too salty and sugary, eggroll is mushy, rice is dry, bad meal for $14.

I was at a competition for two days at the Phoenix convention center 3/4 and 3/5 and I got two egg rolls. They weren't that great but whatever.. Panda Express has wayyyyy better egg rolls. And the egg rolls at Urban Wok are $3 a piece! Insane! Also, the lady charged me twice, and I didn't realize it until it was two late, and of course they don't have a phone number to call and talk to someone about it. I love too far to just casually go back, and I am very very angry. Will NEVER go here again. If they hadn't double charged me, maybe I would go back but no. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM BE CAREFUL!
