My favorite meal in Phoenix. The menu is creative, ingredients are local and high quality. The pastries are as good as you can get in any city. The coffee is great, and the service is fantastic. Valentine is a gem.
This was a bucket list meal for my husband and I.
We ordered a number of different smaller bites because we wanted to try as many dishes as possible.
We ordered the castelveltrano olives with foie gras, bison tartare on tostada with trout roe, hiramasa crudo, yuca and potato pave, grilled oysters with piñon butter, chicken heart and bacon skewers and smoked bologna with pistachios.
Everything was amazing but the chicken...

Booked for two on Resy - Amex dining credit.
Got there quite a bit early but they were able to accommodate giving we had booked window counter seating - so facing the street outside - it was quite fun to people watch! The restaurant has a cool vibe - it was a nice Spring evening so there were tables occupied on the patio in front of the restaurant and it was open seating with music playing - nice eclectic feel...
