I have ordered twice from this place and both orders were wrong. I am allergic to avocados and they still put guacamole on my food after putting down no guacamole. They don't follow instructions. And you can't call them because the phone number is disconnect.

I was hesitant to do this review, but after several bad experiences it’s time for me to do a review! I was there February 23rd 2025 at around 11pm. I asked for the food and told the lady that was it. My son then asked for a Dr. Pepper, so I told the girl “can I also get a Dr. Pepper please, sorry?” Instantly her tone of voice changed, so to me, she was upset that I had to add the Dr.Pepper. I drove home and my son tells me she gave me an horchata not a Dr. Pepper. I mean, who would confuse a Dr. Pepper for an Horchata? Any who, I had to drive back to this place because like I said, it’s not the first time something like this has happened. When I got to the window and told the girl that she didn’t give me the right drink, she acted surprised and said you can keep the Horchata, I said I don’t need the Horchata that’s why I came for the drink I had asked in the beginning. When she gave me the drink, I asked for her name, she was not willing to give me her name, only said “if you need to complain just say the time you were here 🤦♀️.

I wanna give 0 stars on November 14 at 11pm the lady at the drive Tru it's very rude and unprofessional, it's the 2 time she got my order and it's the same thing. Food it's good but her service it's horrible.
