Verdura is a fully vegan restaurant with a great menu. For takeout, they have online ordering and pickup is easy. For dining in, it's a nice place to gather with friends, or a comfortable spot to dine solo. The food I've tried has been good, although it's the type of place where it's easy to keep reordering a fave. It's a shame to see the restaurant is now "temporarily closed" and future seems uncertain. I just realized I never posted a review and am doing so now, in hopes they do reopen

Only the 2nd time we've had the brunch, and both items were delicious. Especially the tostadas, so many ingredients that go perfectly together. Glad we stopped in before they closed for remodel

I got the Six Degree salad bowl and it was so delicious! I was in AZ to visit a friend so unfortunately this was my first and last visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who just wants something light and savory. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Love that it’s female owned too!
Great atmosphere with a good amount of space and a nice patio. Creative, healthy menu that reminded me of vegan restaurants back in the 90s/early 2000s but with modern/creative options. Big portions, great food. Also FYI its a walk-up service (no waitstaff other than bringing your food and drinks) which I honestly prefer.
Fun spot to eat. food is good just not as good or healthy like the last restaurant that was in this spot Pomegranate (also Vegan). They do have a creative menu with very eclectic food options. They host ramen pop up nights which I hope to catch the next one. Updated from previous review on 2022-12-29

Our food was so good and the portions were enormous! Extensive menu offering just about everything you could want, from healthy fare to comfort food. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere.
The food, restaurant ambience, service, and value are top notch. We got the nachos, VBLT, Spanish rice, and sundae and loved every single dish. Don't walk, RUN to Verdura! Updated from previous review on 2023-03-23

Friendly scene: good shake, stick with nachos
We will always make an attempt to stop here when in town. Great cocktails, amazing food and cool music playing.
Been here a few times and it’s always so good! :) One of the best vegan spots in phoenix and absolutely worth checking out <3
Great menu. I had the chicken parm. We started with a spinach artichoke dip that was fantastic. Definitely recommend
