We go here a few times a month. We moved here from Seattle and this is the best pho in town. Authentic pho, great service. Note: 4% charge on credit cards. I recommend cash!

Me and my family have come here every couple weeks or so since 2016. We’ve come to love the food and excellent service. We’ve always enjoyed a great rapport with the staff, and they have always been accommodating and pleasant. Absolutely amazing food-perfect every time.Sometimes we get to say hello to the owner/hostess when she is there—she’s always so polite and positive. *Full disclosure, we’ve never substantially tipped because we came here so often, sometimes every week for long stretches of time, and regularly bring in big parties of six-to-ten people frequently.Unfortunately, we ran afoul of a very rude server there recently, because we found a bug in the Pho. We privately informed her, and said we would pay for the whole ticket, except the one order of soup.That server went ballistic on my family and told the party off, even though a cook came out to try to address the situation. She told my family to go cook at home, because we never tipped anything substantially to her. She practically caused a scene. We’re so disappointed, and I’d like to speak to the owner to fix this miscommunication, and hopefully come back to our family’s favorite restaurant in the whole world. :/

We had really high hopes for this place, the staff was all masked and very nice, the resturant was well decorated and clean, but sadly their pho broth tastes like liquid nutmeg. I couldn't taste anything but the nutmeg. Even after using almost 1/4 bottle of hoisin, the nutmeg flavor was still overpowering.We won't be returning, it was nearly inedible and way overpriced.

The pho broth had a ridiculous amount of nutmeg. That's all I could taste or smell of the broth. It was way, way too much. Which was truly disappointing because everything going into the meal was quality ingredients. This is sadly a pass going forward unless the broth is addressed. The staff was prompt and polite, and everything else was quite enjoyable.

I ordered food to go and I literally asked for a specific thing. I show up and reminded them of that specific thing, she replies back: yep, that’s part of the the order. I show up home and surprise.. there is no nothing in the bag lol. this is the second time this happens. I’m not sure if they are just really busy or just distracted but this is how you loose customers
