awful place to work they make you clean the restrooms when there's biohazard material (feces) all over and they don't give you any PPE. the gm humiliated me in front of a customer and mocked my struggles with mental health. the dm accused me falsely of something I couldn't of done because I didn't work evenings and the person accused had black hair.the last straw was being falsely accused of stealing. I worked there 4 years I had my problems but I was a good employee and couldn't even get promoted to waitress! also was sexually harassed by the cook for years and no one cared. awful place to work I know Haley is trying to improve the place but she's young and condescending

This was a pleasant surprise. I haven’t been to a Village Inn in years. The atmosphere was wonderful. The menu had great choices. Our meals were delicious and of course got a piece of pie to go. Moe was a terrific waitress. I highly recommend this establishment.

Sat on couch for 10 min before staff came from back. 4 kids ables with customers, no one at register, no one at podium, no waiting staff. This should have been first warning. Couple that came in after me was seated first.
I was waiting for someone so, let it go. Taken to table, given menus, waiter left. No water, no coffee?? Came back and asked if we wanted coffee, took order for coffee, not food. Came back and took food order, still no coffee or wayer

It's our go-to for a sit-down breakfast or a satisfying lunch. Standard american-fare menu, good prices.
Service is always prompt and cordial.
Has a friendly neighborhood feel.

My husband and I like going here for consistent food with zero pretentiousness.
The turkey or crepes are always solid choices.
They advertised their pie a lot and they have three slices of pie on Wednesday with the order of an entree. I don't know about their other pies, but their banana cream pie was the okayest banana cream pie I've ever had.

Slowly service ever. The people here are idiots. No customer service what so ever. You can come in and steal cold doordash orders that just sit there. They don't care.

The biscuits were under cooked. My friend had to ask 5-6 times for lemon. He asked for his pancakes and finally went back to the kitchen to ask for them. Then Taylor dropped them on the table.

We bought 3 VI pies, (apple, peach and cherry), for Thanksgiving dessert. None of the pies had enough sugar to qualify as a dessert. The apple slices were undercooked and chewed like a raw apple. The cherry had a tartness that bordered on sour. It was no surprise that our quests all declined to take left over pie with them home. For the last 3 years we have purchased our pies from this Bell Road location. After this experience, we will look elsewhere for Thanksgiving dessert pies.
