Nice place to have breakfast, and relax or have a good conversation, I love this place because the food is fresh and not microwaved.

I enjoyed the brunch here, didn’t mind the line and counter order, though it might be a problem for some who are looking for table service. Baked goods looked good, if I were in the neighborhood, I’d stop back just to try muffins and banana bread. Overall, our food was average, coffee good, service friendly.

The Banging Pocket & cold brew were both really good and it was a nice stop before heading to the airport. The patio was nice and we missed the rush by only a few minutes. It’s first come, first serve seating.

We have been to a lot of breakfast spots in the phoenix area and this was by far some of the most delicious, clean, amazing food we’ve had! Didnt leave feeling bloated or overly stuffed. Portions were perfect, banana bread was stellar, and the coffee was AMAZING! Could not recommend this place enough!

The food was delicious, but what I wanna talk about was their coffee!!! Their drip coffee was really good. It tasted surprisingly nice and fresh, even though it was the ones you get from a flask on the counter. It tasted like fresh light roast specialty coffee.

This place is at the SE corner next to 5 Guys, parking is to the south and east, entrance from the south courtyard. First impression, relaxed atmosphere, sharp lines softened by wood accents and nature colors. Pick up a menu upon entering the rope lined walk to the register to give your order. The walk passed by a meal prep area, my date asked a cook what was good, the cook replied kindly with suggestions.I had the pancakes with bacon and eggs, the pancakes were a good size although thin. My date had the egg sandwich with potatoes. The flavors were good, nothing really stood out. We had coffees, self-serve, from pump carafes. The coffee tasted a bit strong, a dark roast perhaps. The only flavored creamer was sweet italian cream. A server brought out our order, passed up our table, and attempted to serve a different table. Rejected, the server checked and corrected it to our table. The experience was just ok. The self-service coffee, limited menu and price tag for the experience do not justify a high recommendation.

This place is beautiful! Love all the plants, portraits, & paintings on the wall, the pop of blue. But most importantly, the food! Absolutely delicious! All the flavors are there. The service was amazing & fast. We came here for brunch for our anniversary♥️ we had freshly squeezed orange juice, the 3 types of Japanese coffee, eggs Benedict chorizo sopes, banana bread & B.M.O.C this place is a must try. My family will be visiting from UT & this is where I’m going to take them.

Food is bland and pricey. My partner and I are visiting and have seen the recommendation on reddit, so we were excited to try it. I ordered the burger and my partner got the eggs and chorizo. We expected flavor, but if there weren’t ketchup and hot sauce, I wouldn’t be able to finish it. I’m not a local in the area so it’s just probably not my type.

We had a great experience! The managers were very kind… all staff working together to keep everything flowing… especially the coffee! ☕️The atmosphere is very welcoming and calm. ? Food was very good! In my experience, big portions… homemade taste. We had the pancakes, potatoes, my partner had the eggs. Which by the way, I have never seen over-easy eggs made so perfectly! If you’re looking for a nice casual place to enjoy a great meal, conversation/quiet place to relax alone, and pleasant atmosphere, this is the place for you!!Don’t be intimidated by the parking. Just find a spot to park east of the building, just behind Fat Burger, or behind the building you will find a small parking lot off 7th…south of McDowell. It’ll be worth it.
