I really wanted to like this place as it was my first time trying it. The chicken had a funny taste to me, almost like a fishy taste and a really bitter burnt taste. The steak was really thin and just looked/tasted cheap. It taste like something they would serve you at a school. It also tasted really burnt like the chicken.. I only ate the rice and left all my meat.

The dumplings with the sweet chili sauce are very delicious! My only complaint is that I had ordered a chicken rice bowl and selected sweet chili sauce for my sauce option. I figured it would come on the side because I selected “chicken bowl” on their online ordering. It should give us an option if we’d like to have it on the side when ordering online.

I was on my way to Chipotle and saw this restaurant I wanted to try as I moved to AZ, which is not available in the state I moved from. I don't have much to complain about the cashiers, but they do not have knowledge about the rewards program on how I can earn points on the visit. I was able to figure it out after paying to get points on the purchase. The staffs can do better job, at least to greet and thank the customers for coming. I did not get teriyaki sauce on the chicken mini bowl I ordered, I needed to grab some WaBa sauce for it, the chicken bowl came out plain with no sauces.

Worst location. Employees on their phone, touching everything with their dirty hands. I waited 8 minutes for someone to take my order, there were only two customers. The girl that charged me grabbed my plate with the same hands no gloves no nothing. She even touched the inside of it.They took 15 min to give me my order (place was empty). They did it wrong, and I overheard them.. then when I told her it was okay she yelled at me!? I was just trying to help.

Well, it was nothing special, just a lot of rice and a little meat. No gloves or mask on cook/food preparer. Place is closed to dine in so you cannot really judge how it looks. Not returning, not recommended.

WaBa had been around for sometime now and this location is no different than any other WaBa you may have been to. Yummy teriyaki beef and chicken. A must try if you've never been. The employees are very welcoming and helpful. We are lucky to have a WaBa close to where we live.
