Waffle House in Phoenix

“The waitress was very polite and respectful and her customer service was on point. My husband dragged me out here at 3am and if she didn't have the grace she did, than id be upset. It was a good experience haha the food was great. Definitely come to this location to have some comfort foods. I'm a fan of waffle house now ??? thank you“

“Idaho boy trying Waffle House for the first time. I was really excited to try this and had to try a couple different locations to get in as they were super busy. I had no expectations going in, and for the most part it was ok. I gave 5 stars because the service was extraordinary. However the atmosphere was not great as the unexpected rain storm had leaks throughout the restaurant. The food was diner food. Nothing special. I was also hoping for the waffles to be .....more? Like more tasty. Anyway, been there, done that, might go back.“

“Service was fine and food came to the table less than 10 mins after ordering at 6:00am on a Sunday morning. Though in the 3 years since I last visited a Waffle House in Colorado, prices have definitely gotten to the point that a basic All Star special with coffee after tax and tip is nearly $25.00....as a long term waffle house fan, that's just too much and I've noticed the waffles have gone down in ingredient quality. The waffles are more gummy even though it was cooked, they got cheaper jelly sources, and the coffee tasted off vs before. Also the menu has changed dramatically again and yet another new menu is coming in the next few weeks from what the employees told me. The great days of Waffle House are obviously over..just like other diners.“

“I'm giving these people four stars although the rest of the crew deserved five stars because they had a bad apple but the other employees made up for that and the corporate office also did by calling us to address the issue. I'm going to attach a photo of the person who was the bad Apple, so BEWARE of this person.“
